as far as I know, and according to the headstone, Edward and Ella's mother's name was Marriett Harndon Tuttle. It is possible she also went by Mary.

I made a note about her birth year in her bio....The grave marker says 1823 so that is what I had to leave as a birth year.... I doubt her parents had two children within 10 months but it has happened before...

Thank you for taking time to get this picture for me, I know it probably wasn't easy since it is so old and on the ground. I do appreciate having the photo since I am unable to get there to see it myself. Thank you for bringing me closer to my family! Vonna

Hello. I am bluelady on the Find a Grave forum and I was just fulfilling a request for a photo of him. I also noticed that the information for him was most likely copied from Joyce Tice's site. Anyway, it stated SSA as an inscription but it should be CSA. I looked into his history and found he was indeed a confederate captain! I know from the work I have seen from you that you are very much a stickler for accuracy so I thought I would inform you of my finding. By the way, I like the stone for your family in Glenwood. I live about a half a mile from the cemetery and go there often.

In your bio you state that her first marriage was to Andrew Crawford. Do you have any further information. My 3th ggrandfather was Miriam "Myron" Crawford and it states Lucy Jones Landers is his mother and Andrew Crawford was her husband. My information is that Myron's father was Joseph Crawford and Mary "Polly" Unknown. I have never heard of Lucy Jones before. Could you help me. It seems you have great information and I'd sure love to update my information. Would love to hear from you.
