Martin
After some quick looking...his name was Martin Hogan West. Born in 1921 and died in 1992. He was from Mildred's first marriage to Martin Hogan West Sr. I found the 1940 census of Charles and Mildred and lists 18 yo Martin West with them as well.

Did their son pass away young? He is not mentioned in Charles' obituary. I can send you a copy if you are interested. Shoot me an email.

RE: Charles Courtney Thorpe
Chas. Joseph Washington Thorpe (1792-1874)was the father of the elder Charles Courtney Thorpe (1816-1901). William Thomas Thorpe (1819-1882)was actually Charles Courtney Thorpe's brother. William was married to Ann Eliza Osborn Fielder (born C1835) and he was buried in the Baker-Thorpe Cemetery. CJWT was the son of Charles Thorpe and Ann Jourdine. This is as far back as my grandmother was able to trace the Thorpes.

RE: Charles Courtney Thorpe
I suppose you are talking about Charles Courtney Thorpe (1816-1901). I believe his son Charles Courtney Thorpe (1869-1937) had no children. I am the great, great granddaughter of the elder Charles Courtney Thorpe and his wife Harriet Elizabeth McDonald, the gr. granddaughter of Elisha McDonald Thorpe and the granddaughter of Annie Isabella Thorpe. It looks like we are cousins.

Blair's death certificate indicates he was buried at St. Luke's. Perhaps he just doesn't have a tombstone. I loaded the DC to his listing. Thanks for your efforts in trying to find his grave.
