|Kin Khronicler||Bethia Case McCormick Photo|
You had asked where I found Bethia Case McCormick's picture. Here is the citation where I found it:
M.C. Martz, The Genealogy and History of John McCormick Sr., Soldier of the Revolutionary War, and Nicholas Martz, Founders of These Two Families in America, (Noblesville, Ind " Butler Printing House, n.d.) p. 11.
There are other pictures of the McCormick & Martz families in that book. And it's now online! I found it here:
Hope this helps!

Yes, the index I have shows an obit for Almira. I am currently on a family visit trip and will check when I get home to see if I already have that page of the Sabbath Recorder. If not, I will get it on my next research trip later this year. If you haven't heard from me by April 10, send me another message.

Thank you for catching the location error. Please feel free to edit the memorial to your satisfaction. I'm not related and made the transfer to you after noticing several other Wardners under your management.

Thank you again. I have just gotten around to adding the bio and photos to my tree. Here are my Ancestry links to both Forest and Millicent.
I was able from your info to fill in some blanks. There are hints waiting for me to check out that I will get to as I can. If I can help you on any of the Martz family, just ask.

Isaac Clayton Martz is my husband's 1st cousin 4x removed. Not close, but I am interested in all. I am working with a fellow researcher who is his 2nd cousin 3x removed and I am helping him as he is not well and is anxious to complete his tree. I (we) would love a photo of Forrest and any stories that you recall and are willing to share. Do you know where his ashes are buried? I have his death record which shows him cremated at Sunset Funeral Home in San Antonio. It also says he is buried in Sunset Memorial Park at the same location, but there is no record of him there. I am thinking that his ashes may have been taken to Massachusetts or New Hampshire. I created a memorial for him at Sunset Memorial Park put clearly stated that his ashes were not found to be there. Here is the Memorial #145523636. I am hoping that you can help with the bio (which is only the bare facts as I know them) and let me know if you feel something needs correcting. Thank you.

|Sharon Williams||Laura Agnes Smith Martz|
Just curious. Why do you think it is possible that she was married to George Smith who died in 1894?
I believe (from what I have seen) that she was born to John D and Phoebe Smith. My husband is descended from Isaac Martz (twin of Moses)and I have been researching Forrest Leland Martz lately.

Greetings from PA.
I saw the interesting article in the Altoona paper as I was searching. I couldn't pass it up. They were a remarkable family.
I'm not related, but I do have twins.

We have been doing quite a bit of research on the graves you have asked me to transfer and feel like we are doing this to help others. I note you are working on your family tree and that is fine, but for now, we would like to continue doing our research and when we have completed what we want to do, we should be able to transfer to you. May I ask how you are related? You can send via email if you prefer. Thanks

Thank you for answering so quickly. My father in law is here visiting with us in Washington State and we decided to get into the Wright side of the family history. We are related to Joseph through his youngest son Thomas Green. Our paternal line goes Joseph A.--Thomas Green--Thomas Arthur--Arthur Murl--Lloyd Curtis--Daniel Curtis.
Do you have any information on the Wright family that came from Ireland? So glad to have made this family connection.

You are welcome. If the data is correct, John Maccoone 1630-1705 is my 9th great grandfather through his daughter Isabel. Avery Coon 1801-1877 is my 4th cousin 4 times removed and his wife Mary "Polly" Stillman 1802-1887 is my 5th cousin 3 times removed.

Just to let you know: while looking for Peletiah and Mary Shepard, I saw stones for several other Shepard's. They were all in what looked to be a family plot.

I saw your photo's of Coffin family. Do you know the pedigree of the this Coffin family?
My grandmother was Emma Pearl Coffin who is buried at Rose Hills in Whittier, California.
I like to add as much Coffin family lines as possible. Of course, they all go back to Tristrim Coffin in Nantucket.

Thank you so much for getting a picture of Carl Jensen's headstone. I have been to Arlington 2 times in the past but didn't know I had a relative buried there. Now I have a wonderful picture. Someday I will make it back there to see it for myself.
