Mr. Stewart, I have a picture of Mary Jane Felker Walker's gravestone but her name is not clear to me. Next time you are at Saint Matthews Lutheran Church in Mocksville, would you kindly send me a legible picture. I appreciate your kindness.

Just an FYI - You need to correct the rotation of photos you posted on memorial 17499104.

That IS weird. I re-opened the page and clicked on the photo and both ways show it on its left side. Oh well, maybe it is a glitch with Findagrave and will straighten out on its own. Thanks, David

|Margaret Mitchell||RE: Stewart Genealogy|
Thanks for responding.
I haven't been able to trace any of my Stewart's to North Carolina, but do have connections with family in Northern Virginia (Arlington and Alexandria areas).
Through Ancestry.com, I have been able to trace a William F. Stewart who was married to Elizabeth. They had 2 children (John E. and Florence). 1920 Census shows that they resided in Arlington, VA.
Also there is an Alexenia (Stewart) Taylor who resided in Arlington, VA.
My Grandfather was Samuel E. Stewart, born 1879 in Washington, DC.
Please respond to following email address
I can access this email address easier than the AOL one.
Thanks and look forward to hearing back from you.

Was surfing through while researching my family history and came across your profile here.
I too am a Stewart from Washington, DC. Born in 1951 in N.E. DC and raised in S.E. Anacostia.
Live in Southern Maryland now.
Just curious to see if we may be related.
Hope to hear back from you.

|Teddi Smith||RE: Oakwood Cemetery in Falls Church Va|
Hello, Jim -- Thank you so much for all the photos! Your kindness in spending so much time and effort to find all of my requested photos is greatly appreciated. I have to pace myself sometimes in my requests for photos because so many of my family members are buried at Oakwood -- I hadn't known there was a limit to how many requests can be made in a week until I hit that limit!
I really am grateful for you and all the other volunteers who make it possible for me to honor the gravesites of my family.

Thank you so much for getting a photo of my Aunt Boots (Marietta Glasgow's) gravestone. You certainly are fast considering I only posted a day or two ago. Your kindness is very much appreciated.
