RE: Clark, Mattie--White Deer
So sorry to hear about your Mom but know that she had a wonderful life with you as a son. Amarillo is in the 70-80s after a MOST miserable summer. Got a 1/2" rain Sat. night--that will help with our total of 2-1/2" since Jan. Usually have about 18-20. Might want to come back before the winter arrives up there.

Stillman Cousins
Wonderful to see so much info! I have added a great deal of Stillman family information on ancestry.com

Go to the George H. Stillman Family Tree and you can get info on Bainbridge Stillman, his parents and grandparents back to the 1500's.

Take care, cousin!

Leslie

Great grand niece of Bainbridge L. Stillman

Corey in Nebraska
James River Cemetery/Nikolai Larson
I see you are the manager of his memorial. Please add the following information.
My great grandfather (Jul Stephen Olsberg)left written history in 1942 stating that Nikolai Larson drowned in the Jim River and is buried next to Lars Olsberg (my GG-grandfather). That means he drowned some time after 1878. I hope you will post what I have left here. I feel information like this is priceless because it is so seldom left behind or found. Please reply. Thanks, Corey Olsberg.

I did not take pictures on my last visit. Now that I have the updated info, I plan to go there again. Just waiting for the storms to pass.

RE: Photos of Emmet & Martha Olson Headstones (SD, In the Winter)
I will retake them in the spring as I like a non-snowy picture better. Your requests for Bonander's will take a bit longer as there is still too much snow in that cemetery. I did locate the family marker but not the name markers. Paul

Jenevia Clark-Lowery
Groom Cemetery
Hello Del,
I transferred William and Gettie Brunais, George and Minnie Clark and son, Roy Arthur Clark. I will let you know if I come up with any info on this family. In my family I have a James Madison Clark born 1811 in TN and his twin brother, Thomas Jefferson Clark born 1811 in TN. I'm still trying to find info on Thomas Jefferson Clark born 1811. I can't find any connection with my missing Thomas and yours but I will keep in touch if I find anything else on your family.
Best Wishes, Jenevia

Jenevia Clark-Lowery
Clark Transfers
Hello,
I made the transfers and wanted to let you know Paul has 2 siblings in this cemetery, George E Clark and Gette Marie Clark Brunais. Do you want the transfers? Do you know where Paul's parents, Thomas Jefferson Clark and Lydia Burgin is buried. If not then I will keep looking. In this same cemetery is Charity Gent Clark the wife of Silas Jefferson Clark and two of her children, Silas Nathan Clark and Lizzie Irene Clark. Silas Jefferson Clark is buried in Moffat Cemetery in Bell Co, TX. Two more of their children is buried in MOffat cemetery. I suspect this Clark family is my relation and need to go back one more family to make sure. My father is Clark, they come from Virginia, NC, TN, and TX. I don't find a connection to your family but if I can help please let me know.
Happy Hunting,
Jenevia Clark-Lowery

The Angel Hunter
Lord transfers
Delmar,
I transferred the Lord's to your account. I can not photograph their graves because I do not live in Iowa. In fact, I have had very little success getting any of my own Iowa graves photographed. I assume because there must not be many volunteers in the areas.

At any rate, next time you are on their memorials click the request photo button and that way the request will be available should someone be available. Knowing Iowa is probably under 4 feet of snow right now, the request may not be picked up until spring. Be patient.

Good luck with your genealogy research!

Kimberly
