Cache Co.Aaron Darling Ohoto
I am a Vermont Civil War buff, and am presently working on a project to identify the last resting places of many of our "old Soldiers" that had ties to Vt.Aaron Darling was one such soldier. May I use the photo you contributed to his F.A,G. Memorial page, to post on the Vt. C.W. site? ( www.vermontcivilwar.org)

You would receive credit for this.
Thank you for your consideration.

RE: Corneluis Shorts
It was easy to find the Shorts section of the cemetery and other Shorts are marked there, but not Cornelius. There are one or two spaces where he might be laid to rest, but nothing marked. You may want to contact the church to verify. I'd be happy to return in the event that his marker is in another area of the cemetery.

Memorial # 115226081
Do you know if all the people on the gravestone of Memorial # 115226081 are buried in that graveyard or is it just listing family members?

My mother was a Critchlow.

Thanks for your help with Find A Grave.

Critchlow Cemtery, Butler Co., Pa
Thanks for putting the photo's of the Old Critchlow Cemetery. The cemetery was on part of the Critchlow property and at some point they sold it to Levi Slater (Nancy Critchlow Slater's son). When Levi died, in his will he left it the children and grandchildren of his son, John Slater. (My father-in-law was one of the grandchildren). They did not want the property and it went back to the Critchlow family according to court documents.

RE: Sam Cox
I am really sorry that I couldn't find the headstone for you. If it was there it was one that I could not read. It is such an old run down cemetery I am sad to say since my family is buried there too.

L. Finley
Mary Peretti O'Berto
Hi again,

Thanks for taking care of the duplicate. Just to let you know, the surname is documented two different ways: O'berto, with an apostrophe and small 'b'; and OBerto, no apostrophe, but both the O and B capitalized. Mary's obituary uses OBerto, while Katherine O'berto Bottino's obit uses the latter spelling. I went through school with one of the O'berto girls and they used the apostrophe.

I've linked Mary to her husband :)

Thanks again,
Lucia
