Thank you for your time. I am sorry for sending you on a wild goose chase for an unmarked grave. I would not have known if you had not checked this out for me.

Hello. I was wondering if this was William Patrick Moss, married to Lucy Orange? If so, is she also buried at this location?
Thank you,
Jennie Hall

Thank you so much for the great photo. It adds so much to the memorial, and I know all the family will be pleased to see what a nice marker she has.

Thank You!

Thank you for the beautiful photo of my cousin's gravestone. The fact that it is also the gravestone of her husband and son is a wonderful bonus!

Again, thank you for all that you do,

I MAY BE THE ONLY ONE LEFT WHO KNOWS EXACTLY WHERE THESE 3 ARE BURIED. It is about 2-3 miles east of Defoe, down the lane across from the big curve, called Raisor Lane in l970. Vories Montfort, a gr grandson took me & my mother, Alice Stark to this cem, he wanted someone to know where it is located. The stones are in a field adjacent to what used to be the home. You have to turn left & there is a fence shortly after turning onto this gated area. It is just a few yards almost straight ahead looking a little to the left for what used to be the home, then to the right (not sure), but we could see part of a stone sticking up. I dug the rest (on a slightly rainy day) in bare toe shoes. I paid the girl who came when we were leaving to take care of the stones. It is in a cow pasture and may be completely gone by now. I just wish some of our Montfort & Mitchell families could get together and save this cemetery. If you have the plat of the land, it is the last one at right (I think Francis' name is on the plat. (Mother was a Montfort)

Regarding you and your husband's families
Marsha, Thank you so much for all you have done, you've added so much of my mother in law's family. I sent you an email. It's quite lengthy to add on here. It's regarding some of the yours and your husband's family names you are interested in. I also would like some transfers but will wait for your response to my email since I need to review the names I would like. Again, thank you so much. Dorothy Hare Wigginton

Hi Marsha - Thanks for adding the photo. Some of those old markers must be difficult, but you do a great job. Now it is preserved forever.
