Hi Thanks for that,
In actual effect once the alterations are made to the respective memorials there is only one dtr and one son still living.
Thanks for your time and consideration
Vaughan

She remarried after Elmer died. Are you sure they were divorced? Do you have the date and place?

RE: George Garrison
Norma,

That sounds much more like it. I'll change the middle name to Leon and if you have any objections, let me know please.

Best wishes,
High Plains

Norma,

The information has been added. However, I still think it is either a typo or someone misread the record.

Thank you!

Isabel is who is working with me too. I'm so glad to know she is helpful! I've been trying to find them for over a year. She is the one who asked for documents because they were having NO luck finding them without them. They still might not find them.

RE: Refugio De Toro
It was shocking! I have a photo of him in a prison uniform and his prison numbers show across it. I found out about him in the Los Angeles Herald Newspaper. I haven't researched the Los Angeles Times newspapers yet. I am getting ready to leave for MN to visit my son and family so I have to stop my research for now. Calvary called today saying they got my package with the obituaries and death certificates and are "working" on finding them. If they find one, they will find all three. I know they are buried side by side. I pray they will find them. Thank you for linking Refugio to her father. His wife's name was Fransisca. I have obituaries for her but they say she was a "Miss." I am still working on that too. She may have remarried but I doubt it. Domingo, her husband, was 68 when he died. I'm hoping whoever typed the article made a mistake and that she's a Mrs. That would make perfect sense. The dates fit that she is the mom but I have to be sure. Anyway, thank you so much for your help!

Jane

Thank you for adding to her bio. Her father owned a saddle and harness shop in what is now called Overa Street. He was very wealthy. He died in 1893. Calvary Cemetery lost the burial records of that father and his son, who died in 1892. Calvary cemetery use to be where Cathedral High School is now. Then when they built the current Calvary Cemetery, they moved the bodies. Unfortunately, good records were not kept when they transferred the bodies so they don't know where they are. I have the death certificate and the obits (posted on Find A Grave).

When you have a moment, would you please link her to her father - Domingo Garcia.

His memorial is: 76358227

His son, Domingo E. Garcia (linked to his dad) had a big shin-dig of a funeral. No expense was spared.

Thank you,
Jane Morrison

Could you change the cemetery for Celia? She is buried in the Britton Rd. Cem, not the Stone Rd. Cem.

RE: Mary McColl
First of all, I am sorry about the duplicate. Before deleting my record would you link your Mary to husband Wesley 120075934. Regarding photo, I don't know how to transfer photo to your record. Von Rothenberger put the photo on my memorial. You can ask him to put a photo on your record per photo request. I will delete when everything is corrected. Again, I apologize for the duplication.

RE: Ashford Warnick
I don't know the exact specifications, but it seems that after you have a certain number of memorials in a cemetery, then you get the option of typing in the info. for me and then I just have to approve the edits. I can approve a large number of edits with a singe click. I don't get an email before or after these edits, I just have to occasionally check my profile page to see if I have any to approve. I wish they would email a notice of these, but they don't. If you enter more edits in this format, you might want to email the person to let them know there are edits to approve.

Thank you so much for fulfilling this long awaited request. You did it almost immediately and also provided the hebrew translations as well! Very kind of you and a very special moment for our entire family.

Hi Norma,
Having a real tough time getting any photo volunteer to claim and fulfill my open requests for 2 family members- Maier and Doba Calof. I feel compelled to start asking volunteers individually if they would be able to take the photos. Thanks for your consideration.

Calvin C. Russell
Hi, this is Calvin's cousin, my mother Henrietta Miller-Lane was Calvin's mother Katy sister. My mother started a family tree in the 1960's and I have been keeping it up sense 1980's. I do have a death certificate of Calvin and it states that he was buried in I.O.O.F. cemetery (That would be the Order of the Odd Fellows). My Mother also had a telegram from Babe to grandpa Heine Miller asking for money as everything burnt in the house fire. I would venture to say that Babe was a member of the Odd Fellows in Inglewood or Los Angeles and they provided the burial ground and the funeral cost for the family. I have also made memorials for the rest of the Russell family.
See the photo's on his memorial with the plot location.

Beth Olam
Norma, Beth Olam has been merged with Hollywood Forever by the administration. It is now considered a "section" of Hollywood Forever. Sorry. James

I know in some cases they have an "alias" for a cemetery when you go to look it up and it points to a different cemetery. I don't see why they couldn't have done this for Beth Olam / Hollywood Forever, but it does't look like they did that.

Find A Grave has removed the separate listing for Beth Olam as it is now part of Hollywood Forever. All I can do on the memorial is note that he is in the Beth Olam Mausoleum section of Hollywood Forever.
