Emma L. Hall-Wood
Kim,

Thank you very much for your attempt to locate a headstone on Emma L. Hall-Wood. She was a second cousin twice removed with no children located at this time.
I do greatly appreciate your endeavors.

Photos at Burial Hill
Kim: I want to thank you for posting the photos
on my memorials: Julia S. and Helen M. Shaw at
Burial Hill, Plymouth, Mass.
When I had done the memorials it was documented
in "Burial Hill in the 1990's" that the grave-
stones were no longer there. Originally there
were two separate headstones; one for Julia, and
one for Helen. Benjamin Drew in his book published
in 1894 described the gravestones as "injured
near dowels at base; both inclined." It seems the
gravestones were replaced with one gravestone.
Once again thank you, it is people like you that
help make F.A.G. one of the greatest sites for
family research.
Take Care, Sandy

Thanks again Kim for the photos - in the meantime, I wanted to payback by sending you some info on one of your memorials and sent you this edit:

"Hi Kim - Shirleen here - I just sent you a "thank you" on your profile page.

This stone must have been hard to read, because the death date is 1841, rather than 1811.

This child was the only son of Mary Jane Ingalls and Orlando Willard Badger, but they had 5 daughters after this son died.

His name is Orlando Ingalls Badger, born July 4, 1837 and died 16 November 1841, both at Woburn, Middlesex, Mass.

Cheers! Shirleen (history4sure)"

(Sometimes edits do not come thru, so am posting it here.)

Kim; I just happened onto the wonderful photos you took for Lucy Simonds Barnard & her son, William. Thank you so much for doing this - but you need to drop an edit note, so people can thank you for being so nice! I am not related to many of mine, so do not check them regularly.

Love these old stones - wish I could know what the small script says, especially on the bottom of William's - I know it is a lot of work to photo them...I'm not so good at it! Thanks again, Shirleen
