In my haste to answer you, I should have said, She is my husband's ancestor," not, "She are my husband's ancestor. Oh well ... just another symptom. :-) Have a great day.

RE: Elizabeth Alexander Duncan
Kevin,
I would love to know the answer to that question & don't have a clue! Her birth dates back to around 1713, which is a long time ago. Perhaps that information would be somewhere in Scotland church records where she is said to have been born. She are my husband's ancestor. One of his cousins, who has been extensively researching her daughter, Elizabeth Duncan Porter, may someday find that answer. If so, will let you know. Please do likewise.

Thanks for writing.

thanks for the suggestion...will take it under advisement. My camera does a pretty good job and once I download the picture I'm able to manipulate it so that I can read what it says...

First and foremost..thank you for your time in the service and helping to keep us safe.

I've taken the pictures of the Briggs that you requested from the Wheeler Hill cemetery. If there are other pictures that you'd like please let me know. This cemetery isn't very far from my house.

Some of the pictures were very hard to read but because you had given the plot information I'm certain these are the ones you wanted.

Good luck in your research of your family...isn't it fun?

The phone number for the Mount Hope, Chicago, Il. is 708-371-2818. If you call and get the section, lot, etc. I will make every attempt to get you those photos. With 163 requests and growing, help is needed in obtaining the information needed to fulfill all these requests. (I have sent this to a number of requesters already.) While your at it Cedar Park's number is, I believe, 773-785-8840. At 146 requests I am hoping to get there also this season.

If your refering to the other 6 of the 7 you had for Evergreen I found, I think 5, but then my Camera battery went bye bye. I will try to return there, Evergreen Cemetery, within a months time. If you have more load them up, but please get the locations. There must be a reason no one is working that cemetery, has well as a number of others in this area.

Kevin,
Sure, I'd be glad to if you'll just go to the ones you want transferred and do an edit on them so I'll know which ones you want. If I remember correctly ( :-) ), I think there was one or two at Sunset and also at Mount Muncie. Also, leave your member number so I can transfer them to you.

RE: Briggs/ Lasell
The new picture is of the monument for Matilda Lasell wife of Rev Chas A Smith and Rev Smith. The old picture was over exposed.

Thanks for the invite to view your family tree. I'll give it a look tomorrow when I have more time. 1505 people, 905 photos, 80 stories and 1849 historical records! Holy Christmas, that's a lot of work. I'm already impressed.

Bruce
