Please delete your duplicate memorial for my friend Raymond. I created a memorial for him 5 days before yours appeared. Thank you for all you do for the Find A Grave community.

Henry A. Spindler's sister Lida Spindler Find A Grave Memorial# 46314295, married Charles Wilbert "Charlie" Cramer. Charles is my 1st cousin 3x removed. Charles and Lida were buried in Bruceton, WV. I am wondering though why Henry was buried in the Cramer family cemetery and not his sister Lida and her husband Charles Cramer. Odd don't you think? I added Lida as Henry's sister so you can find her easier.

Your very welcome... can I ask you who were his parents and grandparents and if you know how he was related to the Cramer's? Let me know if I can help you with anything else.

I transferred his memorial over to you. I am wondering though if you can help me figure out why he is buried in the Cramer Cemetery. Andrew Jackson Spindler was married to Mary Elizabeth Cupp. Mary was my 2nd cousin 3x removed. I connect through the Cupp line that then connects into the Cramer line. I thought maybe you could shed light on this. I do have a tree on ancestry if you would like an invite. It is a possibility we could be related.

I will be going to Parkwood in the next few weeks. If you call and get the section and lot info I will gladly fill your request.

Can you please call the office for exact grave locations? I was fulfilling some requests last year & found the staff will NOT give out info or maps unless you are family.
This makes it very difficult for Find A Grave volunteers. I do have some maps to work with, but not all. Also this is a very large, old cemetery with NO lot markers. Many headstones have fallen, sunk & are ground covered. I have pinpointed some that were 4-6 inches down.
Since the cemetery staff is unhelpful, any other help for the volunteers would be appreciated.

Thank you. You appear to be the only person that has this information and I'll be waiting to see what source you used.

We will need the block and plot numbers. The cemetery is HUGE and the cemetery staff is less than helpful. It has gotten so frustrating for the volunteers to get the grave locations from those people that most of us have quit trying. Family members can contact the cemetery office and 'sometimes" have better luck. If you get the location, you can add it to the memorials or message it to me on FindaGrave
