|Bill Lee, The Baseball Undertaker||The MOSIERs of Fresno CA|
Thanks for making me aware of this. Seems like Rachel was not the only problem as I inadvertently entered duplicates for all the MOSIERs. I've attempted to unscrew the mess I made. Check them out and see if I've succeeded. If you are connected to the MOSIERs you may be interested in my website, http://oswaldrelations.com/. Thanks again for your watchful eye and for all you do.

Thanks for finding my parent error for Elbert. I mistakenly had him as son of both Ben and Edward. I removed him from the Edward memorial. By the way, Ben and Edward are not brothers. Edward is son of John Wesley and Ben is son of Casper Reno. However, John and Casper are brothers.

(Oops, sorry about the empty message below this one!) The index is just a transcription made by humans from the original handwritten records, so they are full of typos, misspellings, misreadings, etc. The local funeral home records (which are the same source used to create the death certificate) give July 19, same as the stone. Notice the index also gives his place of birth as Cape Gurdean MO, which is actually Cape Girardeau MO. Also, his wife's name is Bertha Land, not Bertha Lane. I guess whomever was transcribing for the index that day was either having a bad day, or the handwriting on that original certificate was really difficult to read.

I transfered the memorial to your care. I am not related. I work for Santa Rosa Memorial Cemetery. If there is anything I can do just drop a line. Blessings Jo

The source used was "Steele County, Mn Genweb". Cemetery listed them as buried as spouses. (These records are done by volunteers who may not have first hand evidence of relationships however.)
Perhaps they are not married, but the assumption of a volunteer. I personally have no firsthand information concerning the family. If you think this is incorrect, I will delete the spouse listing until clarification.

The source I used was a listing of burials provided by the county genweb site. I am a volunteer and do not personally know this family. Apparently the listing I used was inaccurate as I wasn't aware of the errors.
I have transferred this family to you since you have the correct information for them. Thanks for letting me know.

I'm sorry, I only photographed the cemetery and don't know anything about this person at all. The headstone says his ashes were scattered in the Sierra's, so technically it's not a grave.
For Ane Marie James I found this in the Social Security Death Index showing her card was issued in CA, so there is a connection:
Ane Marie James
54853 Luck, Polk, Wisconsin
15 Jun 1917
14 Jun 2008
State (Year) SSN issued:
California (Before 1951)
For William I found this:
William G. Nichley
54853 Luck, Polk, Wisconsin, USA
13 Nov 1920
21 Aug 1995
State (Year) SSN issued:
California (Before 1951)

On FindAGrave, the West Selma Cemetery site also has the AKA for I.O.O.F. The location was initially a private farm where several family members (not mine) were buried. The acreage was donated as the community grew and was administered by the Odd Fellows. Thanks for the inquiry.

Hi Jeff, Thank you kindly for your message, which I have copied and saved for a later date. I am extremely busy and expect to be so for several months. When I have the time, I will definitely look into your findings, cross-compare, and see what else we can turn up together. Will also send you a separate email today. Keep on keepin' on! Clara et al are resting in a very peaceful and quiet place in Arcata. Kind regards, Bridey Light

Thank you Jeff for your additional information about my memorial for John Culberth which links to your memorial for John Culberth. I was having so little luck finding any further information about him that I was beginning to think they might have misspelled his last name in the obit and it should have been Culbreth. I'll make the birth date edit as soon as I receive it.

I transferred two Meinkes to you. I think it's possible that Because Henry & Meta named 2 sons "John", John Henry may have used Henry J. instead. Death cert says Henry J. Meinke, but all other facts seem to fit him being the son of Henry & Meta Gerdes. Hope this helps.

thank you for your information regarding William Ammerman. I added the information to his memorial. The memorial was created because I visited the Fairmount Cemetery and had photographed the family plot. I am not related. If you would like to assume the memorial, I will transfer it to you. Thank you.

This is to let you know that your requests don't fall with-in the guide-lines. However, I may make the transfers anyway, but first I want to perfect the memorials a bit. Also, I have a great photographer in the area. Do you know if these people have tombstones?
Also, I left you a couple of notes about plot info. It is very important in Green-Wood Cemetery to add the plot info. in order to help the photographers. It is a HUGE cemetery, but maybe you know that.
