Chalk
Thank you for your note. There are multiple ways to get inscriptions besides using chalk. It is also against Findagrave rules to use chalk, flour, shaving cream or any such substance.

Please excuse the incorrect edit I sent for Cornelia's mother. I sent a 2nd request that was correct. I'm trying to get the Dunn family in Hopewell Cemetery connected. Thanks so much!

John D. Gates, Jr. gravesite
Thank you, Shirley for adding the picture of John Gates to his record. Someone else offered to get a picture but indicated they would like to get a layout of the cematary to find the location. Is there a layout in existence? If so, I would like to get a copy as well since I have many relatives buried there.
Thank you for all your help! Andrea Stine

Thank you very much for providing a photo of her memorial. I have so much family buried in Pensacola and do not get there often enough to visit all the sites. I really appreciate your time.

First I'd like to thank you for the photo. It is sincerely appreciated. Second.....can you please tell me about Gail? I didn't know my Dad was married again. I wasn't raised around my Dad and only met him a couple of years before he passed on. Thank you again. Having this pic is precious to me and my 2 children.

I'm sorry again I just read the note that you posted with the picture. I guess I should had look at the picture first instead of just the memorial. Thank you so much for your effort. I'm sorry that you had to send your time looking for a stone that was not there.
Thanks for the picture and everything you have done for me.

I'm sorry Shirley but the only stone the picture shows is for Somers not Simon Kyser. Are the flowers were Simon is buried?

Just a quick note, to say "Thank You" so much for taking these photo's for me. They have helped greatly, in finishing my fathers side of the family, all his siblings. I really appreciate your help with Find A Grave, also.
Have a great day, and
God Bless,

Orren Lee Shelby in IOOF Cemetery
My first "Find a Grave" adventure. I didn't find a stone for Orren Shelby but did find a number of other Shelby's. There are no memorials yet and I'm not sure if I should start them or send the photos straight to you. Please advise.

I am looking for more information on your memorial #89629510 for G.W. Rutherford. Many of my Rutherford ancestors lived and died in Escambia County, FL and I was wondering if you had anymore information on the people that were buried next to this person? He looks to be in the same age grouping as my grandpa, so maybe a cousin? Also has the same name... well initials anyhow, of my gr gr grandfather.

Yes, a cousin just confirmed that it is correct. Two other cousins had said "no". But I have now confirmed it. Thanks so much.

Shirley, the memorial you posted for Edwin Otto Davis is not the correct one. Could you remove it, please? I cannot delete it.

unknowns
Could I ask you a favor when you build a new memorial? Could you leave the maiden name blank if you do not know it? There are those of us who search for truly unknowns to leave flowers at their page. It is confusing when all the memorials who do have names appear. Thanks so much. And thanks for the hard work.

RE: Annie Mae Lee
Shirley,
Next time you send info on someone use their page. Hit EDIT, then click on Suggest a correction or provide additional info. Type in the info and it will go to the person who owns that page. When they get the info, it will open on that person's page. This keeps the owner from having to look up that person. I own pages on about 30 cemeteries, so it take time to figure out which one.
Thanks for the info.
