I have been researching Florence Alabama Holt Kelton Mills-second husband was William M Mills.

I see the photo you have posted to his memorial which shows their marriage license. I would like to request that you post this to her memorial also (Find A Grave #15516109). It was very helpful in unraveling the mystery of his two wives and the conflicting information on Florence Alabama Holt's memorial.

Thank you for considering this request.

Hello Diana,

Could you check you list for the Clyde Cemetery and tell me whether or not there is a John Austin Anthony, or McOlin Anthony on it?

Thank you,

Hunt Family
Do you know if Edward Leonard and Laurine Sharber Hunt's children Myrtle, Zalina, and James are still living? I know that Leonard Paul died in 1986. I don't know if there are younger children than James who was 2 in the 1940 Census. I am the grand niece of E. Leonard's first wife, Eulah M.Cook Hunt.

Unfortunately, I think the list you have is it. The death certificate is signed by Frank T. Bailey, unless there's another funeral home with the Bailey name. Who knows, maybe they couldn't afford a headstone back then. His son Johnnie was the informant.

Thanks for the info on the obits. I will give them a call.

Thanks for the transfers. Can you tell me if your list has the above named person on it, or is there a person (phone number) that oversees the cemetery I can call to ask?

Thanks again,

It would be wonderful if you could transfer those memorials to me. Irene's husband William M. O'Haver is supposed to be buried there, too. I have a request for a photo on his memorial, but still waiting. I looked in my family tree and I don't see a McGuyer yet. It is still a work in progress and there are quite a few siblings that I'm still working on. Can I use your photo for my family tree and on I will, of course, credit you with the photo.

Thank you for the info and all the work you do, it is appreciated.

I saw that you created this memorial, along with Thomas J. O'Haver #80133002. Are you related? They would have been my 2nd cousins once removed and I am trying to track down family. Also, do you know if there is someone I can contact that has records for this cemetery? Their mother is supposedly buried there, but I would like to find out for sure.

Thank you for the work you do, it is appreciated.

Hi, Diana ... I absolutely believe you are correct about Mr. Clay moving to Texas and remarrying. I have deleted my memorial #102696235 for him (we never found a tombstone for him at Rest Haven); also, I re-linked his daughters to his memorial in Texas. Thanks for this info.

Rowdens in Callahan County
Hi Diana. The memorial page you created for lil Rowden (age 1) at Admiral Cemetery, is what popped up in my research for Rowdens from Callahan Co. Ironic that I posted a link and story about Rowden, Texas on my FB page just this morning. History is fasinating to me and family history is a passion. Thanks for being there doing what you and hubby do. Gary G. Rowden on FB or F.A.G. Member #48248256.

RE: Waggoner
Thanks so much for your answer! My daddy is from Callahan County, Clyde, Texas. There were 7 Waggoner brothers born to James E Waggoner and Rose Etta Waggoner. It was very interesting to see these gravestones. Thanks so much for taking the photos!

Thank you.

RE: Charles Thomas Leach
Sure, if you don't mind. That family is huge and I have ton's of info and pictures. Some people are so reluctant to transfer, most of the time I just don't ask. Thanks, Beth Mitchell

Charles Thomas Leach
Ok. Talked with the oldest child. You are absolutely correct!!! His parents just never talked about the child because he was still born. Born and died the same day. Uncle Pete then left and went to WWII and they resumed the family after that - John Wayne, Charles David and Brenda Gail. The name really threw me too. More info: Born and died the same day in El Dorado. I am so glad you found this We may never have known. Thnx Beth Mitchell
