RE: William W. Hill

Thank you for letting me know of the updates. I apologize for the late response, this school semester that just ended was a busy one, and kept me from doing much genealogy work.

Lizzie Harris
I have linked her to her parents, as you requested.

I'm not sure what is happening, but within 25 minutes, I have received 27 duplicate emails, from you, through Find A Grave, requesting the same links for her.

Must be a glitch somewhere!

If this is any part of your family, please don't hesitate to ask for a transfer, as it appears you have a lot of info on this family. Please use the "edit" tab when doing so.

I feel that family should be in the care of their loving family, no matter what the relationship is, unless they are my relatives, too. I am not related to this family. I just try to create as many memorials as possible, to help others locate their loved ones.

Oh, and please don't don't feel bad, as we are all human!

Memorial# 62461332 Thomas Wadsworth
Just wanted to say "thank you" for the great bio and headstone photo for Thomas Wadsworth. I have taken photos at that cemetery and missed that one. I am a descendant of his granddaughter, Martha A. Wadsworth Wampler. You have sure made my job a lot easier in pursuing their genealogy.

Mary Elizabeth Wade,Huskisson, Bennett
Thought I'd let you know some information I've located to assist you in your search. Your Mary is the information shown at the bottom of your article.

The Mary (with the photo of her and children) is the one who died 12-11-1974 Sunset Hills Burial Park along with Earl in Stark Co Ohio.
she was survived by 4 daughters, Mrs. Carl (Virginia Bennett) Shaw,Mrs Melvin (Joyce Bennett) Dennis, Mrs Harold (Earlene Bennett) Johnson,Goldie Huskisson Baker, and 2 sons James A Huskisson and Daniel L Bennett, plus one brother John Wade.

Mary Huskisson born 1922 and Aubrey Huskisson born 1920 are not mentioned in the obituary. Haven't had time to see what happened to them

Hope this helps
Mary Ann

RE: Sara M. (Wray) Wetherell
Hi - I did not see any other family markers nearby. I did ask the cemetery sexton about Rudolph, and he stated there was no record for Rudolph. HOWEVER, this does not mean Rudolph is not buried at Lakeside, it means they couldn't find a record of his burial - which, in my experience, are two very different things. The records are very shoddy, in other words. Wish I had better information.

I will transfer Hattie Wetherell to you; hope that's OK.

Don't beat yourself up, it happens
This is what makes it fun, right? All those names and dates in a snarl, just waiting for some kind soul to straighten them all out. You caught it and you take pains to make sure it's right -- that's what counts! The record should be all set now, but please let me know if you need anything else. - Liz

Hi Michael - I'd be happy to update the record as you indicated, but I can't seem to remember where it is. Can you give me a hint on the cemetery? Thanks!

Mike Wadsworth
RE: Robert Wadsworth
Thanks for giving me the chance to show Robert's actual grave site. I think you have done a great job with his memorial. There is only one item I'm not sure about the accuracy. That is the item in his Revolutionary War service record that he was at the fight for Charleston Harbor in South Carolina. I doubt he was involved in that action as neither the 8th Virginia Regiment he belonged to, or Independent Co., Commander-in-chief's Guards commanded by Capt Caleb Gibbs, saw action at Charleston.

RE: Robert Wadsworth
I can also send you a picture of Robert Wadsworth's actual grave site which is located off Brown's Run across the West Fork River from the town of Shinnston, WV. There were four graves located around a tree (now a stump) in an area known as Wadsworth Hollow off of Brown's Run. The original stones are unreadable, but about 15 years ago Warren Wadsworth placed a new marker at the site.
Mike Wadsworth
P.S. I would have put that picture on Robert's Memorial Site, but only you can add anymore photos to the memorial.
