Hi,Susan and Stephen thomas Shackelford are my Great Grand parents. How is it you came up with a photo of Susans Headstone and not Stephens? But yet I typed in Stephens name and came up with Susans Headstone?

|Nancy Ladd||Hedgecock Memorials - Rosewood Cemetery|
Dear Shelli, I cannot thank you enough for the gracious thing you did in giving me these Hedgecock memorials. I am so very grateful for them and had planned to work on them tonight but we had a terrible storm in Oklahoma City that included 4 and 5-inch hail, heavy wind, and lots of rain. I'm sure my roof is a goner. The storm broke out 3 skylights in my home and I have been dealing with broken glass and water everywhere. I may not get a chance to do much with the Hedgecock memorials for a few days, but I will work on them as soon as the chaos settles a bit. Thanks so much for giving them to me. Nancy

|Virginia Brown||Ricks Family Tombstone Photos|
I REALLY appreciate you taking the time to take photos of the tombstones of the Ricks Family buried in the Yarnaby Cemetery. Your photography work is very nice, & you did a perfect job of adding them to their memorials, aligned perfectly, etc.
I will indicate that Cecil & Alma's grave don't have stones.
Thanks for all the time you have spent on my behalf. I sincerely appreciate it. Hope someone does something nice for you in return.

Good morning Shelli,
That was fast! I REALLY appreciate photos of the tombstone of these very special people. I think just about everyone who grew up in Yarnaby and Achille knew Dr. Bolinger, and more often than not, called upon him for help. He was a big part of the history of these little towns, & there are many nice stories out there about him.
Thanks once again. You are a great asset to FindAGrave.

|Janie Healer Davis||Kiker - Roby Cemetery|
I noticed you requested a photo of the Kiker graves at Roby Cemetery. I live about 20 miles south of Roby, and don't get over there much.
I've taken the liberty of transferring the Kiker memorials to you since they are related. I have no connection, just interested in making sure memorials are posted. I think family belongs with family!

Thanks - I know about the missing cemetery record. I have asked the person who posted his record where they got the information and am waiting to hear back. I found out from the Bryan County Heritage Association that he was buried there (or at least had his funeral there) but that the early cemetery records were burned in a fire. So I am really curious if he turned up on a survey or how the person who created his record on findagrave knows he is there.
I see that you are working on Bryan County - hopefully you can make it to Cox Chapel Cemetery. There is a woman at the Bryan County Heritage Association who lives near it and is willing to show people how to get there. It is on private land and I understand that the owner will not let anyone put a sign up.
Also, FYI, there are only about half of the records from Philadelphia Cemetery posted on findagrave. I walked it with my infant, so I was a bit pressed for time and only took pictures of about half of the cemetery's tombstones. It is also on private land, but easily accessible if you go through the cattle gate (and have GPS).

I'm so pleased that you got the photo for my G-aunt and her husband. I really appreciate it as I didn't know when someone could do it. I'm looking for her and William/Mary F's kids...I think Clifton H. Neal is buried in Durant. But I haven't found his grave on any lists and he is not on Findagrave. If you happen to know where he is:
b. June 24, 1892, Bokchito, died Sept. 1963, Durant, per SSDI. Let me know and I'll request a photo of his grave. You're doing a great job.

Hi, don't rememeber which McGahey, but that would be great for you to go to all the trouble. Please do wait until weather is better. Thanks for letting me know.

I am sorry you had to hunt for this one. I do appreciate it and I will let you know what I find out after I call an aunt who will know if he is buried there. His wife for whom you took the picture was my Mother's sister who died in childbirth. My grandparents raised the child as their own.He may have been buried somewhere else because I think there was "Bad Blood" between the family and him because he was not very kind to my aunt.

P/S: I have seen the name spelled Harington, Herrington and other variations on gravestones, so that could be part of the problem as well.
