That would be going beyond the call! Wonderful! I contacted the Dalton, MA town clerk, she said they have a death record for Mary Jane (Torrey)Magnin, Swartwout... I didn't know where she died. Not all of the small towns have Clerk on-line. I hope they don't do as some do and just copy the record we find in the book on-line and fill in the pretty form?
But, that's what ya get.

Ok! Thanks You Donna! I will contact him...tell him you did the "big" favor! That way he won't have to make that drive. Thanks again! Might I ask another question? Since Peru, does not have a Town Clerk's office to obtain BDM records from (well not on-line as far as I can discern) would the County Seat be able to supply such? Have you been able to obtain these for your family in Peru and surrounding?

Thank So Much for all the Magnins
I don't know if you know James Bianco or no? But, I am so thankful for all these pictures. The 1921 date for Mary Jane Magnin is confirmed though I don't have any other info on her... or what happened to her second husband Frank Swartwout!
Thanks again! I need to contact James to tell him someone has already done this!!
Thanks again!
Did your happen to see Frank Swartwout there??

Henrietta Taylor
Thank you so much for the photo for Henrietta Taylor's site. Do you have any way of knowing rather she was buried there or if it is a cenotaph? I do hope you know how much you are appreciated for the time and effort put in to documenting the stone through photograph. May you be blessed for blessing others.

Murray Strout of Mount Pleasant
Hi Donna, I have finally tracked down this gentleman's grave. As I thought, it is unmarked. It is actually in a row that was "added" to the cemetery so it is on the border of where Section D abuts Section F. He is buried perpendicular to the grave for John and Carrie Strout Jones.

RE: Strout's
This was my first find-a-grave venture. The stones were not hard to find, and weather was perfect. This could become an enjoyable hobby. I'm glad to help you out.

Thank you so much. This means a lot to David. He has lost everything. To have these pictures means the world to him right now. To have flowers there was beyond what I could of hoped for. The Sheldon's were a nice family, it is sad they are all gone. Thank you for your kindness.

RE: Wright Cemetery, Chester, MA
Thank you so much. That was very helpful. We now have one less unmapped cemetery in MA. :) I sent an edit to Admin to have it added to the main cemetery page. Thank you again. Denise.

Wright Cemetery
Hi Donna, I noticed that you were able to get some photos over in the Wright Cemetery in Chester, MA

Do you think you could pin point where this cemetery is using the ACME Mapper so we can add better GPS coordinates. I kind of located the general area using old hand drawn maps and using ACME Mapper, but there are so many trees now I just got a general area.

I greatly appreciate any help in finding this cemetery. Thank you so much. Denise.

Thank you!
Thank you for all of the memorial photos for the Knowles, Hydes, Roots, and Churches! I very much appreciate these photos! Did you happen to notice any other family members in the area for which I did not make any requests? Again THANK YOU!

Capt. David Hamilton (1742-1817) -- DUPLICATES
As you recently photographed the gravestone yourself, I wonder if you could please definitively identify in WHICH Blandford cemetery it is located. One memorial (87985176) has it in "Blandford Cemetery", another older memorial (21337070) has it in "Hill Cemetery" and many written genealogies have it in yet another "Old Cemetery". Can you clarify which is correct, (or which cemeteries are perhaps the same and named variously)? Any help in ending the confusion is much appreciated. . . .

Philip in NYC
