Thanks for Lucy's marker photos. They show a difference in her birth year from what is on her Find A Grave page. Photos help. Sometimes.

Thanks so much for your photos of the Hedges in Mansfield cemetery (Ohio)!! I live far away from the graves of most of my ancestors and SO APPRECIATE getting to "see" them through the gift of your camera work and time.

|DLCummings||Eliza Ellen Finnell|
You have Eliza listed under her father and mother (George and Catherine) as born in 1862.
https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/XXZT-R47 has 11 Feb 1872. I am still trying to reconcile the difference.

|Debbie||RE: re: Nelson Kidney|
Rec'd 3 Kidney family transfers, God bless your heart for having such a wonderful soul. You have no idea how tickled family are when you so unselfishly work hard on a memorial, then unselfishly hand it over to family.
Thank you Debe, know you made the family very happy.

|SleepingDog||Eva Donley #97253450|
Eva was a daughter of Pvt. John T. Bown #71146973 and Rachael Bown #135502054.
The name on John's tombstone was mistakenly put on it as "Brown"--but is wrong. I've checked with the person who put in John's entry, and he has said that it should be Bown, as it is listed in the records for John's regiment.
He says that he has contacted the VA about the problem, but that they don't have a way of "fixing" the tombstone--as it was put there back in the 1860s.
Rachael's obituary also shows her husband's name as being John T. Bown.
Just letting you know this as I'm about to request a connection for Eva to her parents.

|J. Freeman||Sent info|
I sent you some information on the Shraders I know are related you put up. I have to find the rest of the information that I have to add. I have articles, marriage and death notice information around here. Sorry it took so long to reply back. I just have not been well the last few days and we have had a number of thunderstorms move through. I could not find the transfer request anywhere either so I just sent you the suggestions for updates on everyone.

|J. Freeman||RE: Hi Debe|
Oh OK!! Almost all of the Shrader family you have on your page are family members of mine!! Thank you for providing the info. My Grandmother Ruth, had 7 siblings. I just saw you have her father, Franklin, and mother's, Catherine, headstone too! Other siblings were Helen Black, Freda Staats, Maudeline Kirkpatrick, Harold Shrader, Earl Shrader, Fredrick Shrader and Franklin Shrader.
I wish I could get back there and visit them all!! My dad told me that the old cemetery had some issues with flooding so they moved all the graves to a new site. We used to have our own Shrader cemetery, but I don't know all the history with the move to Zion from there.
