RE: Dorothy J. Daihl Hammer FAG# 71159699
Hi Kathy, I am not sure that I am related to your husband's James Shelley. My great-grandfather, John Haldeman Shelley (1856-1927) Find A Grave# 55692818, came to Juniata County, PA in the 1870s from Bucks County, PA. There was already a Shelley family that had settled in Juniata county in the early 1800's when he arrived. Have a good day, Leo Shelley

Your message: When I read the page about you, it made me wonder if you and my husband aren't related. Mary Emma Fisher was the first wife of James Shelley (1872-1943). I know they lived in Juniata Co. Just thought I'd mention it! Kathy

R. Boas
Bowes Gravestones
Thank you for the quick turn-around for photos of those four Bowes family gravestones. I assume you took them previously and just had them archived on your computer. The Bowes One-Name Study - North of Ireland group will appreciate having them. If you are ever at that cemetery again, please consider photographing the other known Bowes gravestones. Meanwhile, I'll request that the memorials' manager make the appropriate family connections. Thanks again!

Catherine Enterline Sheetz
Thank you very much for taking the photo. I know it was an effort to go back into the brush and weeds and sort through the headstones for this cemetery. I am very thankful Catherine's tombstone was located and found "over the mountain" from the rest of the Enterline family.

Awesome! I think the count is up to 9 memorials in this cemetery, this week. I love it when a plan comes together. Good work!

RELIO
Rachael Boyer Stone Photo
This photo you took now seeing how much hard it is to read the tombstone.Even after going to the large photo of it.You think that the cemetery okay the use of chalk on her stone front. This way to it may should the numbers better.Only reason I am asking of this I just want make sure that the age that is on her stone does read 68 years 9 Months 5 days. And not possible reading instead of 16 years old 9 months and 5 days old instead.
