Re: Shady Acres Cemetery
I've never heard this cemetery called Francis Farm cemetery. While it appears that another user uploaded two matching graves, I suppose they should be either merged, or the other one deleted. The name Shady Acres Farm cemetery has long been used... see this references: http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~vahanove/cemetery/cemtry169.htm.

RE: Alfred Reader photo
Hi Karen.. I'm sorry for the poor quality of the photo, I guess I'd been sitting on that pic since last fall, not knowing who the marker belonged to.. but the photo posted for Angeline was a huge hint in identifying Alfred's marker.. I know exactly where the grave is located and will try to get back there this spring to take another for you..

Sincerely,
Sandi L.

Dolores Ashworth
transfer of graves
Hi Karen,
I was wondering if you would consider transfering two graves to me: Mary Nidia Hungerford Bourriague - #34874194 and Roy Gilbert Bourriague - 34872346. They are my father's aunt and 1st cousin. He stayed with them for almost a year in his early 20's. I am planning a Bourriague Family Reunion for the summer of 2015 in Lake Charles, LA and am doing a lot of work and connecting family before then. Thanks for all your help.

C J. Knoblock
Karen,

I forgot to mention that I included a photo for Mae (Mary) Knoblock. While his memorial indicates his wife is named Mary, her headstone has the name as Mae.

RE: Elizabeth Reader
Hi Karen.. I know you had left some inquiries about placement of graves and such with your photo requests.. I was just wondering if you opened the Elizabeth Reader pics to full scale?? I had added some descriptions to them.. But incase you didn't see them.. it appears that Elizabeth was Samuel Reader's second wife.. his first wife being Jennie C. and all three are buried together..

I also wanted to tell you that there are several stones that are completely buried and I didn't have any handy dandy garden tools with me to dig them out.. I will try to get back there before the snow flies and see if I can identify who these buried stones belong to.. If I happen to find Alfred or any information on "L" I will let you know..

Have a great weekend..

Sincerely,
Sandi L.

I photographed the headstones in order and still have the photos on my computer. She's between Robert E. Lulei and James Charles Everett, Sr. There are other Theriots in the cemetery, but I don't know if any are related to her.

If you read the caption on the photo of the back of the stone it will tell you why I always post a photo of the back of the stone. Blessings to you.

RE: Murphy Theriot
Since we actually got a rare cloudy day today, I ran back to SVNC to re-do Murphy's photos. Of course, the sun peeked out just as I began to shoot. But they are still clearer than the last. Hope they are more satisfactory to you.
