Gail..
Edward's name is still on the request list. There is a picture of Calvary Cemetery but not of the specific area where Edward was buried. I think I told you there is no stone for his area. We checked it a few times. Do you wish to leave it on there? Thanks. Jennye

RE: Fanny Lear Thrasher
That very well could be. For now I'm going to leave it like it is with the note about the marriage in her bio and changing her name to show Thrasher as her last name and Lear as maiden name. I imagine she may have went by Thrasher or it would be on the stone.

Fanny Lear Thrasher
I just sent you an email about this lady but now here is an update. I just looked at the picture of her stone again and it does say on there "wife of Elias Thrasher" so he must have been an ok guy. :) I changed her name to show Lear as maiden and Thrasher as her married name.

Mary Kelley
I've added the links for the Kelley family. If you look at Mary Kelley's memorial, you'll find all of the burials in that lot linked to her. I haven't been able to verify for certain that Elizabeth was their daughter or that Paul had a twin that died in infancy, so they are just temporarily linked for your convenience unless you or someone else confirm their relationship and let me know soon.

Let me know what you think of the photo I provided... I wasn't quite sure if it was an appropriate way to fill a request for an unmarked gravesite.

The markers that you can see are there for that plot are George Smoot; Maggie Smoot; Robert and Clara Shults; and William and Susan Bell. The one in the foreground is Elizabeth Bross in the next plot.

Gail...sorry I haven't gotten that picture yet. After 3 weeks of planning with St. Pius Parrish I will hopefully be able to take a pic next Wednesday the 16th. We are expecting a big snowstorm today (10th) and we expect the snow will subside by then.

RE: photo request fill
I'm still in the middle adding some photos and new memorials for Bethany Baptist. Check back in about 1/2 an hour, I have several more Swishers to add, and maybe some more Dinwiddies. Also, if you know maiden names and family links on the new memorials I add, be sure to let me know.

RE: Juelfs
Hi again Gail:
I meant to ask you if you happened to see the "note" I added to the picture. If not...it might answer any questions about a "bush" in place of a headstone/marker

Hi Gail :
Your welcome for the picture but...I still wish that they both had of had a headstone/marker of some sort so that family members such as yourself could find them when they went to the cemetery.Oh well....we tried :-)
Take care,
Beth

Diane Sugars
Fancy meeting you here Gail
I logged into my email Friday and I see photo requests for a cemetery in my area. (Aspen Grove, although I don't know why I signed up to be a photo volunteer for that huge cemetery? I never have went and looked for any of the requests I have gotten for there, It's just too big to go trapsing around in I think) Imagine my surpise when I see the email address attached to the request. I thought to myself, no, this can't be the same Gail...so I clicked on the link to the profile and there you are. Wow, small world! LOL!

Yes,it looks like the wrong photo was posted to her memorial.

You might send a message to Carol Bryant. She is the one who entered that photo.
