RE: Jean McClelland Schoendienst
Hello, I do not know if you are related or not sorry. I am working on my Grandmother side of the family. Her name was Edna Katherine Stephenson Cosgrove and I have been working backward from her. Sorry I can not be of more help. Good Luck, Jane

RE: Michael Tumey
Sorry I really do not have any further info on Michial Tumey. I was entering memorials for the burials at the Saint Ambrose Cemetery but I have no connection to the family.

Suggest you check the 1880 census in Waynesville to see if that can help shed more light on the family. They must have had some ties to Seymour, Indiana to have been buried there.

Good Luck

Part 2, Did you put in a request for the Jacobsmeyer. (When I fulfill requests on my phone, I dont know who requested what to leave a message) Anyway. I was fullfilling on for Theo Jacobsmeyer....

this is the caption I left:
Thecla and Thoedore are the only 2 in this lot.

However, Removed this lot 344, on April 15, 1897 to Section 13, Lot 209, grave 1 all in one box.
Child of Henry Jacobsmeyer burial 6/3/1879
Henry M Stockman burial 11/5/1883
Henry F Winter burial 5/31/1886
Emily Jacobsmeyer burial 5/15/1887

and from the lot just above Lot 343
to Sec 25 - 942, grave 1 on 2/18/1939
Bernard Jacobsmeyer burial 3/5/1879
Margarata J Winter burial 10/3/1882

and Henry J Jacobsmeyer burial 4/13/1907
removed to Sec 20, Lot 1040, gr 3 on 2/27/1940

Catherine Jacobsymeyer transferred to Henry Schoendienst on 3/2/1940

I dont know what this means to you if it matters.

I posted a picture for you, please see the lot shot for more info. Ironically, there were 3 Jacobsmeyer removed from the that lot, yet there is another Jacobsmeyer lot, right in front of it.

I was looking for another photo request and I fell in a hole for a lot that was in front of a Padberg lot, Mary, Jerome and louis. Are they relatives? I think they were yelling! but they already have pictures, but i think they want you think of them too.

Happy hunting

RE: Johann Schondienst
Sorry about the duplicates, I didn't notice that the markers were spelled differently, Schondienst, than the other Schoendienst. Thanks for catching that for me. Myron

RE: Schuster/Schoendienst
Your welcome! What can I say...I love a challenge.

I guess Anna and Wenzel could be Francisca's parents. I found an 1860 census with their birth years of 1815 for Anna and 1817 for Wenzel. I don't think there were a lot of Schuster's in the area.

Good luck with your family research...Toni

Hello Carl...I think I've found something to help you. On the Clinton County gen website in the St. Boniface Church records:

I've found a burial record for Franciska Schuster Schöndienst (guess that's the German version spelling). She was 22 y, 16 d and died 23 Mar 1861. She was married to Johann Schoendienst.

Also I added a new picture for baby Joseph. Its a little better than the other one I posted.

RE: It's supposed to say Schuster
Darn spell check! I'll keep an eye out for her. I still need to go back and get a couple of pictures for you there so I'll look in that area.

RE: Joseph Schoendienst
Hello Carl.

Your welcome. I didn't see your note about his mother till I was posting the picture. I did notice he is buried next to Anna and Wenzell Schuster. I'll look again next time I'm there. Anna died 2 Apr 1862.
