I can understand how that could easily happen. The memorial is very nice. I like that you added the obituary... a great find for genealogy research!

Thank You for having me add this information to the Harmon family. funny I had my book on the Harmon's out and was trying to do a history on Anna Rose Harmon married to Jacob Stringham I can't find where one had been written on her. Just a wondering if by chance you are related.

RE: Caryl Gray

The person that did the photo request stated " I was Cary's previous husband. I just learned that she had died in 1984" so it doesn't seem like he was at her funeral or would know where she is buried. Could you put her back into find a grave though, so that he can visit her memorial? You can put her as "unknown" for now.

RE: Caryl Jaynes Gray
Hey Vicki,

I will call around, she might be buried in Angelus memorial park which is also in Anchorage. I wouldn't delete the memorial for her though, as the only reason I found out about her is because a husband of hers did a photo request for her headstone. You could change the memorial to "location unknown" while we look for her.

Martin Harmon 1758-1845
I was wondering if you could help me! Martin Harmon is my 5th Great Grandfather and in my records his parents are listed as Nehemiah Harmon and Abigail Norton Harmon. You have Sarah Norton Martin listed as his mother. I believe Sarah Martin is Abigail Norton's mother not Martin's. Could you please check and let me know if my records are incorrect.

RE: Harold Jaynes
Good Afternoon Vicki,
I am delighted to hear from you and Yes!!! I'd love to get together for a nice climb through the Family Trees.
My mother is Shirley Nell Robey Parker; the daughter, and only biological child of Bessie Ione Moon (Jaynes-Robey-Hughes) and Robert Lee Robey. Grandpa Robey had 2 daughters from his first marriage to Minnie Rigsby, Donna and Virginia.
Grandma always spoke so highly of Harold and his family and loved them all dearly.
I have fond childhood memories visting many of his relatives and then as now, placing flowers on their graves at Loma Vista.
Here is my contact number at work:657-622-7345
Orange County Superior Court - Santa Ana.
I am looking forward to your reply.
Sincerely, Nancy

Sarah Granger Harmon
Sarah Harmon 1731-1830 is my 6th great grandmother. I saw that you listed her buried at the Maple Grove Cemetery, OH. As I researched more on that cemetery I could not find anything about her. I did find info that stated the cemetery didn't open till 1864. Do you know was she moved there after it opened and do you know if there is a headstone for her there??
I would appreciate any info you can help me with!
Thanks for all the work you are doing!

Thank you for your request. I linked his parents.

Would you like for me to transfer the management of the record to you also? If so - no problem.

RE: Payne
tHANK YOU, I THINK. I have several that I have lost, in Questa, NM, so I will be tramping the bondocks to try to find some of them. It is wonderful this site, where you don't have to do that, but I think with a little info, it is better. My husband was born and all his family is in Sanford, colorado. He is buried here, so i put his temporary marker in Sanford so his family can decorate that.,

RE: payne babies
Ester was the child of my great uncle Lewis. I think his wife Cloey Nutt Payne and her last baby are both buried in the same grave etc. I thank you for the help and the great work. I am still trying to find some of the families in other cemeteries too. These Paynes were so poor and had so many babies die, I think all of them are buried in the same lot.

RE: Payne Babies
I hope that is the right number. I need to get back over to Alamosa to check on several graves that are probably overgrown by a lilac bush.
thanks so much for the work and the help. I am working on the San Luis cemetery. A good lot of my Payne's are there.

I know names, I guess it doesn't matter which is which, some are great aunts and an uncle, another a cousin. Is there a date when they were buried? If not, thanks, great job. Most of my mom's family is in Alamosa.

Payne Babies
If I can put a date on the unknown Payne babies, I can put names to them.
Is there anyway to do that?

Jim Bradford
RE: Robert Bradford d 1802
Sorry for the late reply...this is the first time I opened up F-A-G in months...
To answer your questions...I never did find where Robert is buried...all I could find in the Whiteley Chapel Cemetery was Margaret Bowers Bradford - James's first wife who died at age 19.
As far a Margaret goes someone just posted on Find A Grave a Margaret Logan Bradford
I sent a message to this person asking where they got their information...waiting to hear...Margaret possibility could have went to Bracken Co KY after Robert died to be with some of her Children...I would love to know if Logan is correct..

Sarah Jane Rodeback Harmon

Sarah is my great-grandmother. If possible, I would like to have legacy of this memorial.

Also, In our family records, the picture you have of Oliver Harmon (Nauvoo) is Charles Rodeback (you can find Charles in the Hoytsville, UT cemetery in findagrave and also in the book of Pioneers and Prominent Men of Utah).

Thank you,

Mary Bradford-Whiteley Chapel
Discovered recently that this grave site is actually Mary Bowers - first wife of James Bradford - Not Dye as I previously thought.
Thought you can update this correction.

Tryphena Poole Harmon
I find your postings of Tryphena and Jesse Perce Pool quite interesting. Do you have documentation of the marriage of Jesse and Sarah Granger? Your bio states Jesse was born in Rupert in 1736, but Rupert was not founded till later. Do you have photos of their headstones? I would like to pursue this clue. Thank you so much.
