I fulfilled your photo request. As you can see, there are two photos, one close up, and one showing the entire marker. There are several names:
Harriet West
Lulu West
John West
Josiah West
John Rawson

Hope that helps with your research!

Zion Cemetery
Hello Tim,

Zion Cemetery does not have its own cemetery. The "community cemetery" is named Valley View, 5194-500th St, Browns Valley, MN 56219. I do not know the name of the actuary there.
Zion Lutheran Church is still an operating functioning church. Once can find records from the church there.
P.S. I have several relatives buried there also.It is really a quite large cemetery, maybe like 5 acres.

JoAnn Vestal
Frances L. Vestal
Frances L. Vestal was my father-in-law's cousin.
She was married to Harvey P. McKee and lived on the southside of Des Moines. When her father passed away in 1967, she was listed on the death information and still lived on Geil Street in the Fort Des Moines area of the southside of Des Moines.
This is all I know about her. I never met her or her father, Charles Ralph Vestal.

RE: Rawson's
The Rawsons that I connected to in my ancestry tree are all pretty distant. The Johnson's you found are probably not connected to mine.

Have a good new year

James Rawson
Hi Tim, was at the courthouse today and found a Burial Permit for James Rawson and he is buried in Holmes Township, Sheridan County, North Dakota. You have him in the wrong Cemetery. he should be in this one: Emanuel Lutheran Cemetery:
And who ever started this Cemetery has it in McLean County which is wrong, I have contacted FindaGrave to try and make it right..

RE: My uncle
Hi Tim, to tell you the truth I don't know..I have a Book made up by the James River Genealogy Club with the help of Albert Hoffman(A Sheridan County Historical Society member here in Sheridan County) and they don't show any name 'Rawson' listed in any Cemetery in Sheridan County..Are you for sure that James's father is buried in this Cemetery, because if he is, I would like to add his name to our records. I could check at the courthouse here and see what I find..but going back that far they sometime didn't record them..Can you give me birth and death dates for both James and his father??

Earl Spitzer - "Perley"
Hi Tim-

I created a memorial for Earl, and added a photo of his marker. Let me know if you would like me to transfer this memorial to you, as I would be glad to do so.

Mary Spitzer in Evergreen
Hi Tim-

Added the photo of Mary's marker. A double marker she shares with John. The crows were wild when I took the picture (yes, they were actually dodging me) and I will be going back to the cemetery to take more this next week of west and east views. I have some of north and south. May I send those to you? Then you may have them if you wish to ever have prints made. Also their marker is next to Earl E. 1888-1953.

Cheers from Washington!

Thanks for your message. I transferred the Memorial to you after making the changes, but you might check my spelling of her first name. Also, I put Arco in Butte County and Ronan in Montana. Hope those are correct.

Tim, I requested a photo of Nathan Bryants (#49914486) headstone. I have also asked for a "long shot" of the site.

Despite the BRYANT family being one of Oklahoma's "first families", he only has a stone which someone has "hand carved" his name, and the year of death. You might want to do some digging and find outm what happened here. Evelynne "Scot_Lady"

RE: John Peters
Your Quite Welcome, Glad to help. I hope you read the notations I put with the photos. There were names on all four sides of the large monument. If you would like all the names and dates, please let me know, I did write them all down and which side they were on. Plus I did take other photos of Peters that were not in Find a Grave.
Here are a few: Christiane, wife of John L Peters; Melvin J., child of Jesse Peters; John S. Peters;

RE: Sharyn J Driscoll and all your requested transfers
ow do I get a relative's memorial transferred to me?
First, Determine if you really need the memorial transferred to you for management. Transferring of management should only be requested If you have extensive changes to make to a memorial. You can add photos and suggest corrections without having to request management. Simply having someone in your family tree is not grounds for a management transfer request. With hundreds of thousands of contributors, we have many overlapping family trees and it would be impossible for all contributors to manage their entire tree.

Second, Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Third, If you have extensive additions/changes to make to a memorial, please contact the Find A Grave member who created the memorial via the "Suggest a Correction" link under the "Edit" tab on the memorial in question with your request to have the memorial management transferred to you. This will send an email request to the contributor, even if there is not an email address listed on their contributor page.

Fourth, Explain your relationship in the request! Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are not required to be transferred. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not make the transfer. Bulk surname requests should not be made. Be advised that memorials listed as famous or maintained by Find A Grave will not be transferred.

Fifth, The "Suggest a correction" feature may also be used to submit corrections, an original biography, and family links to memorials that do not fall under the above defintion. (Be sure to include the memorial ID#s for the family links and how they are related, father, mother or spouse. The original contributor should make any corrections and add any additional information you have for that memorial, such as links to parents and spouses, provided the information is accurate.

Sixth, Please note that it is not appropriate to request a transfer and then, after receiving the transfer, delete that page and substitute it with a new memorial that you have created. This practice denies credit to the original contributor. Please use the original memorial page to make updates and add information.

I just added a couple photos for some Lovilens... I'm currently working on a photo book for the church. You did hear that the other Lutheran Church up the street was struck by lightning and the roof was burned off. They are not going to rebuild, but the two churchs have now joined. They're not happy about it - loosing their own church.
They're having a celebration in the spring, so I've got to get busy on the book again.
I've photographed the cemetery and have records from the church...I donate a book to the church and one is put on file at the Osseo Public Library. I've done about 25 books so far for various cemeteries in the Osseo area.
Let me know and I'm more than happy to transfer.

I think I've got it all done now...don't know how the dupe happened, but glad I was able to delete the original for you.
Won't be back to the Osseo area until this summer. Maybe I'll find some more of your relatives.

He emailed me too. The graves are not far from the office and are side by side. I wrote down plot numbers on Monday so I wouldn't have to look them up again.
