RE: Mount Carmel Moorestown, NJ
I would love to see all the Murphy photos. The grave you found of William Murphy who died in 1965 is actually the father of the William Murphy who died in 1963. He outlived his son. Do you already have my email address?

Thank you
Thank you for taking the time to photograph the grave of Thomas J. Murphy. He was my second great uncle. I was unsure of his birthdate and the first name of his wife and your photo cleared up these questions. Thanks again.

Patrick Murphy.
Ken, this is most likely the same individual. You can post a picture of the grave marker to my memorial. Patrick's direct descendent will be happy to know of the discovery of the memorial. Did you find a grave marker for his wife Eliza Flynn Murphy?

Enoch and Rachel Hollinshead
I posted the photo of Enoch Hollinshead at Moorestown Friends Cemetery the other day. I took it about 10 years ago. I also have a photo of the adjacent grave that is illegible, which I assume to be Rachel Hollinshead, but I can't tell.

If you're local and will be back at the cemetery in the near future, you might try the 'flour trick'. Smear some flour on the marker. The white powder makes inscriptions appear that are otherwise lost to time. And being white, it photographs pretty well. When you are finished, just brush the flour out with a dry paint brush. It's harmless to the environment and you'll be feeding some ants and worms in the process. Maybe this will help reveal who is buried next to Enoch.

I'm still in NJ, but I'm no longer local to Burlington county. I wish I knew about the flour trick years ago. Someone just told me about it not that long ago and it has really helped.

RE: Samuel Sharp
No hurry. Just whenever it is convenient for you. I would appreciate it. It appears that all of the Sharp's from that cemetery, are all on Find A Grave. I am actually connecting them all thru also. The headstones help out tremendously, in most cases. Thanks for all your doing. And good luck with Triathlon training!

Ken, thanks for taking the time out of your day to go take photos of headstones. Do you know by any chance if there is an office that I might be able to call and get info, if there is any to be had? LOL
Did it appear that there were more than 10 Sharp family members by any chance? I do appreciate the info and the time you invested.

Haines Family
I see there are photo requests that you have looked into several times, for Richard Haines Jr., Carlile Haines, and Mary Haines (I beleive there may be others there as well, as this was on the Richard Haines farm, and was a family burial area). I see your problem report was in 2011, any updates since then? It probably is private property, so I appreciate you trying. I did not author the photo request, but Richard and Mary (Carlile) Haines are my GGGGGGGG Grandparents (8th Great). I live in Hawaii, and am hard pressed to get up there in the PA, DE, MD, NJ area where a lot of my ancestors are located.

Abram Haines (Richard and Mary's son) and Grace (Hollingshead) Haines are my 7th G Grandparents, they may be buried there as well, but i have no record for them.

Thanks for trying, and thanks in advance for any additonal information you can provide.

ALOHA from sunny Hawaii!

Dave M.

RE: McDougalls' in Moorestown
Thank you so much for your efforts. As it turns out, I am currently in the area and had thought about stopping through, but I think not. I'll contact the children to see if/when markers are around. Nice to know that you will photograph them. Thanks. Wendy
