RE: Thank you
There were not. They were in another plot. I did not write those down but I would be glad to get those names next time I am out there.

RE: John Schrup
Thanks so much for the info. I already knew about familysearch.org website, but I refuse to give ancestry.com any money. Years ago, I donated my family genealogy to them so that others could access for FREE, but now they charge money. I cannot afford it, but also I am pretty stubborn so I refuse to give them any money. I genealogy and history. Even if they are not related to me.
God bless you, Sally

RE: John and Mary Schrup
I think that I have made the changes that needed to be done. Let me know if you have anymore info. for me. Do you have any more info. on the John Schrup that died in 1866. I am assuming that is my ancestor, because I have records showing John Schrup and Mary Palen being married in 1843 in Luxembourg. Mary Palen is my direct ancestor. I had hoped that I had found her husband, John Schrup. They were all in Dubuque, Iowa. Do you know of any other sources I could use-free?
God bless you, Sally

RE: John and Mary Schrup
My Johann "John" Schrup was married to Maria E. Palen in 1843 in Luxembourg. The 1900 Census shows him a Widower and she died in 1897. I believe that his death date of 1904 is correct. Your right the 1850 Census is not my Johann Schrup, because he did not emigrate until 1855.

RE: August and Julia Koss
SJ, I took those photos with my camera a few years ago. August and Julia were part of the parish of St. Albertus in Poletown, Detroit. Their photographs were part of a larger grouping of photos for those who presided over the Society for St. Albertus. You may use them as you wish. They are part of your family tree. If you can, get down to St. Albertus and ask them about the photo montage. Perhaps they have more photographs available.

And definitely try to locate the book, "The Kolasinski Affair". Your family are mentioned in the back of the book.

Seeki(e)ns Cemetery Maine
Hello. Just an update...I finally finished posting all 36 of the Seekens/Seekins that are in this cemetery. I'll be posting the ones I found in Harvey Cemetery, located just a few hundred feet down the main road, over the weekend. Any thoughts on Seekins lineage? I'm trying to figure out if David and Mary Seekins had two sons, both of whom passed on Aug 17, 1887. I found two different markers, each with the same date and just wanted to make sure.

RE: Ada Castle
I added in the link to Ada's mother. Do you want me to transfer this memorial to you? I am not a descendant of Ada's but in working my tree ran into info on her so added it to the memorial? I also maintain two of her children's memorials and their husbands. I will transfer to you if you want since I will not be adding more to these memorials.

RE: Thank you!
You're welcome. If you're interested...I'll be trying to post what I shot there today by Sunday night. Another trip, either in the morning or with a mirror, will be required to get the rest.
