I just want to say thank you for the lovely family photos that you post on the memorials. I'm working on my daughter-in-law's branch of my tree and I have no way of seeing her family photos otherwise.

I do not know anyone who is on the committee that oversees the cemetery to get access to their plot book. I will give you directions as best I can from my notes I had made as I took the photos.
If you will go thru the cemetery gate that is next to the Church building there on the property, there is a road. Emily's stone is on the left side of this road, maybe at least three or four rows in. Her stone is flush with the ground so would be hard to spot, but on one side of her stone is a large stone that say CALDWELL and then two Summers graves, one for Loyd and Eda Summers and one for John and Eva Summers. These are larger gray stones that stand upright and should be easy to spot. On the other side of her are two Geer graves and then Nathan and "Jennie" Alldridge who I believe are Emily's parents.
Hope this will give you a good idea where to look next time.

|Ken||Pollards in Alabama|
I am a direct descendant of Lattamore M. Pollard. According to a Pollard Bible his name is what you see above. Jane Anderson's parents were both full blooded Cherokee Indians. Lattamore's daughter, Barbara Elizabeth, married Dolphus Augustus Robertson and my maternal grand mother was a daughter of theirs.

|Tricia the Spirit Chaser🌺||RE: Re:Matilda Truitt,|
Thanks so much for all the wonderful information. I have walked Gilmer cemetery many, many times and entered hundreds of memorials there and I LOVE getting the stories. Guess the memorial says nee: Hefner since it was her first married name. ? Anyway...that is horrible about Mr Dean....what a scoundrel!
Have a great weekend.

Awwww....THANKS, PAM!!! :) YOU are AWESOME!
I appreciate your help. You're a GEM! No worries - wasn't in a huge hurry - these are not direct relatives - quite distant, in fact...but, just found the information and was linking in case others were needing the information.
You know - I've found that I must be related, in one way or another, to the entire world! :)
You're a Dear for all your hard work. THANKS, AGAIN! :)

Awwwwwwwwwwwwww....THANKS, PAM!! I'm not in any big, humongous hurry! :) I truly DO appreciate YOUR HELP! :)
THANKS for everything YOU DO! It really means a lot to have this history, and all....and, especially for those family members we were "close to", it is a very "personal thing"! :) I cherish all the memorials I have and view them, quite often, to "visit" those relatives that I cannot just get in the car and "go visit", if you know what I mean!
So - really: THANKS for all your hard work on here! It is VALUED!
TAKE CARE!! :)
