RE: Grace Reams Bothwell
Your recent message was of considerable interest... trlating that Johann Valentine Hoeh is my 3rd great grandfather.

I'd like to ask a favor... can you give me the person-to-person connections that tie me to Johann Valentine Hoeh? Thanks... it would be much appreciated! David Kirk Anderson Sr.

I do not need it transfered to me. I will just delete my memorial 126991225 and put the photo onto your memorial 95092966 and you can update the burial cemetery on yours to the "Saint Joseh Cemetery" (2168316) it is the one located in Moon, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

John D Gallagher
Hello, I have been doing research on my great grandmother's (Laura Gallagher) family. I found a obituary clipping for John D Gallagher. I have uploaded it to his virtual cemetery. It is nearly word for word as what you have written. You actually have the parent's and sister's name. Are you related? Do you have further information on his family?

RE: Christian N. Walker
I see. Nick Walker was my great grandfather's twin. They lived across the street from each other on Kirk Ave. in Carrick. If you are interested in more details about Nick Walker, let me know. I have a picture of George Walker and if they were indeed identical twins, it would give you an idea of what Nick must have looked like. I think I also have a copy of Nick Walker's marriage license with his signature and his first wife's signature. Glad to share. Karin Book

Christian N. Walker
Hi Lincoln, I just uploaded a picture of Christian N. Walker's gravestone at St. Wendelin. I visited St. Wendelin in 2010. Christian was the son of my grandfather's twin brother, Nick walker. My grandfather was George walker. Are we related? I have lots of info I'd be glad to share, also a possible picture of Nick Walker. Is Christian N. walker your kin? Thanks! Karin Book

Thanks for the transfers... that does make it easier. So we're 5th cousins, eh? Do we have a direct ancestor in common, or is the connection more complex than that? Dave

RE: Grace Reams Bothwell
The 1880 U.S. Census database shows her as Saura G. Reams. But today, I visited a geneology library and viewed an image of the handwritten census source document – the entry looks more like “Laura G.” than “Saura G.”. I’ve resubmitted the edit request.

RE: Grace Reams Bothwell
Hello Lincoln: I just reviewed several records via FamilySearch.org, which confirmed that her legal name was Saura Grace Reams Bothwell. But I do remember that her sisters (Lorena, Ruth, Dana, Kath) always referred to her as "Grace". Similarly, her husband, Walter James Bothwell, was always called "Jim". As a result, I have submitted two edit request... thanks.

Grace was the oldest of the Reams sisters... the youngest sister (Ruth Reams Anderson) was my father's mother. Grace lived her last years just two blocks away from the house where her sister Lorena lived... and where I live now. How are you related to them?

RE: I transferred jerome Schneider & Rose
OMG! I didn't know that!!! There are so many people who just list memorials that have no personal tie to them.

Well, I can DEFINITELY tell you that I am Jerome's (and Ruby bu their marriage)nephew.

The Bier connection would be Jerome's mom... my grandma, Rose Catherine Bier... "Rosie" - Her maiden name was Bier and from the Castle Shannon part of Pittsburgh (by Mt. Lebanon)

They moved to Beaver Falls around 1924 for my grandpa's work.

I never met my grandparents as they died in the 1940s and I was born in the 50s.... but I heard sooooo much about them!

Email me at thomkf3v@gmail.com and I'll give you my phone number. Perhaps we can nail down your ties to the family!!!!!

THANKS!

LIncoln, could you PLEASE transfer these memorials to me of my aunt and uncle? I have more updates for them and it's just easier if I have the maintenance responsibility.

Thank you VERY VERY much!!!

Hello! I am wondering if you can transfer my aunt and uncle's Find A Grave sites to me. Did you know my uncle Jerome and aunt RUby? Here are their grave ID numbers: 104173917 and 104174222

Also, if you search for ST. Mary's cemetery, it comes back three times. It has 3 listings. One is unused because the name was mispelled. It needs deleted. The other one had complete information (wrong phone number though) and about 15 grave memorials. The other one (the one Jerome and Ruby are in) doesn't have the cemetery's address or that it is ROman Catholic or have the phone number. I'm new at this and don;t know how to make these corrections. Do you? I sent a message to Find A Grave about this, but it was not answered.

That Virtual cemetery you have for WWI aviators was very cool. Were you related to one? THANK YOU!!!
Thom

RE: 136269526 Margaret Augustine
Yes we are cousins...you had already figured that out. At any rate..figured you might be interested in that one because it was the Augustine branch...found the death certificate on ancestry.com.

Guess you forgot, I am GG granddaughter of Margaret Reiland Frick (daughter of Peter Reiland and Elizabeth Bier). You sent me your tree via ancestry too. Didn't look to see if you had Margaret Ann or not but the death certificate says where she was buried...so added it and transfered.

Rudolph Brodt
I am posting the picture of Rudolph's marker and I just wanted to let you know that I did not see a marker for Kathryn but there are unmarked graves on both sides of Rudolph so she could possibly be buried next to him in an unmarked grave.

I was looking at photo of headstone of above Find A Grave memorial and noticed another possible family member partially showing behind it with the last name Schuler. I believe it may be the headstone for Andrew and Clara Schuler which are my husband's grandparents that I have been unable to locate buriel places for. Wondering if it is possible that you would have that info or full photo of headstone? Thank you Cory Schuler
