Hi Chris, thanks so much for clarifying Dewitt as the cemetery that my Andrew Hilliker was buried in. For the life of me I couldn't decipher the name so your information is truly a gem! And thanks for having information on his parents, they have been elusive also. Warmly, Helen

Thank you for send the source information for Laurel and his wife Wava. Sorry to have to ask but some of the edits I have received have been based on nothing but a guess. I was recently asked to link a man to a woman as his wife because "She was the only one listed under that name." So now, due to the popularity of findagrave and the numerous edit requests I have been asking for the source information.
THANK YOU for your time.

|Grace Younglove Hudson||Wiedrick|
Hi: Thanks for the information on the Wiedrick family. Information posted.
Re:Hello: He was the son of Barnard Wiedrick and Elizabeth Cook. I sent an edit link for his mother. I have his father as burial unknown for now. I am checking with South Lyon, since that is where he died in 1886. He was a Tailor. In 1870, he was living in Farmington and married to Mary Ann Mosher. She died in 1873 and is buried in Oakwood Cemetery in Farmington. Chris

|James Bianco||Benajah Turner - Great Barrington, Ma.|
Thank you for contacting me regarding Banajah. From what I understand the two cemeteries (Greenlawn & St. Bridget's) are side by side and the boundry line is rather hazy. I added the memorial from a transcript of Greenlawn, and given that St. Bridget's is a Catholic Cemetery, it is highly unlikely Benajah was buried there. In any case, to save confusion I have removed the memorial in Greenlawn. Jim

|EddieM||RE: Baby Jenks Southfied Cemetery|
I'm always happy to make corrections, even if it takes two or three times to sort out the information. It is important to get the facts correct. It does make things confusing when names and dates are not added to monuments. Right now I am in the process or sorting out about 30 memorials in a cemetery in which the people were listed as "Mother" "Father" "Sister" and "Brother." Additionally there are more than two dozen graves with unhelpful names like "Wife of Juan Garcia." It takes a bit of work to piece it all together.

Yes, Codding and Vincent Hill are the same cemetery. If you go to the main page for the Codding Cemetery, you will see Vincent Hill listed as an AKA.

|Marcy||RE: Arthur Conrad Schuetzler|
Arthur Conrad was also their son. Aunt Clara named them both Arthur because they were so far apart. He is not listed in the 1940 census because the census was taken in April and Arthur C. wasn't born until December. She DID name both of her son's Arthur. I knew them.

|Audrey Nowels||RE: Margaret Fern Yoder|
Margaret was born to Lila Bartley and Edward Carter in Detroit. Lila died when Margaret Fern was 4 years old. They lived with 2 other families in a large home in the Detroit area. Ed left Lila and Margaret before Lila died in 1934. The Nowels Family raised and later adopted Margaret as their own. She went on to College and became a registered nurse. Ed remarried, died in Detroit and was buried in Milan Missouri. Lila was also buried by her family in her hometown in Missouri. Margaret very seldom saw her father and did not talk about her parents. She has two children that know a litte more about their mother's upbringing by a very caring and lovely family, their grandparents. Margaret was raised with an older Nowels sister and two Nowels brothers.
She was a very talented and well educated lady.
I am married to one of the Nowels brothers. Let me know if I can give you or anyone more information.

|EddieM||Baby Jenks Memorial# 103571358|
Thanks for your note. This is one of those situations where the Suggest-a-Correction feature can make some issues. I believe there are two "Baby Jenks" in that cemetery, as this one is supposedly the daughter of Albert Jenks. The mistake might be that someone just listed the dates via the SAC tab, and they were automatically accepted. My main focus is to get things correct and to delete any duplications. If you know of another Baby Jenks and have a photo of the monument, it is yours to post. This is the only photo I have, and to the best of my knowledge it goes with Albert's family. I will remove the dates from my memorial, and if need be, will be happy to delete it or correct it further. I have contacted the Jenks researcher who asked me to find these graves to see if she can clarify the situation.
