CClara Stadler Plumb

Many years ago< I recall seeing an obit or news article about the death of Clara Plumb. They lived on Fenton Rd. which was Us 23 at that time. She crossed Fenton Rd. to pick up their mail and was struck by an automobile.

Old obituaries can sometimes be found at the Flint Public Library. At 91, I no longer spend time there.

Just wondered
I sent a SAC around the first of the month, I wanted to be sure you received it, it was for Ruth Wadsworth 55223914

I know you have 30 days to decide but sometimes these emails end up disappearing

April, If you are on Ancestry, go on Ancestry and find SWAFFORD-2010 and you will find more pictures of Teegardens. This is a public tree. If you cant't find it, I can invite you. You can download the pictures on my Find A Grave if you want, but I think there are more on our tree...Peggy

I would dearly love it if you would transfer Caroline's memorial to my site. She is a member of my very large Stanfield family.

Thank you in advance

not sure. last census was the 1920 in arenac, i went there a few weeks ago and searched the courthouse records, twp records and cemeterys they are not there, did the same for bay county, i am figuring they may have went to live with one of the daughters, mary hunter or jessie both were in flint. jessie is also buied in this cemetery where mary is. Geo and sarah would have been in thier 80's in 1920.

RE: Ronald Gibson Reed headstone photo
April, You're very welcome!
Do you know the exact DOB & DOD? FindaGrave and the Nationwide Gravesite Locator has DOB 3-31-1916 and DOD 03-15-1981. However, if you notice, the headstone reads DOB: 03-30-1916 and DOD: 03-25-1983, which is quite a difference. I'm imagining the error in on the headstone but I don't know for sure. I have sent an edit to the Veterans Administration to check the dates but maybe if you know the correct ones, you could send them an edit also.
I also took a photo of his wife's headstone, Dana Glynn Reed.
You can always request a transfer from the VA by requesting in the "edit" tab and giving your member number and stating they are family. Then you can maintain the information yourself and add obituaries.
Have a great day!
