|Cemetery Cheryl||Henry, Lydia and Henry Jr.|
There is one marker for the 3 people, so I put a photo on Henry (1829) memorial page.

|Julie Nathanson||Reuben Whitman request|
I have real doubts about Reuben's burial. I have posted all the photos for that plot (Lydia, Reuben A., Thomas and Daniel)in Greenwood. I searched the RI database which lists 2 other Reubens other than Reuben A. Neither of the others dates match with your request. The creator of the memorial is a "fallen graver" who passed away in the spring. I have no idea why he listed Reuben in Greenwood; maybe because of his wife and sons graves. There are 2 dau. named Anna (d. 1847 and 1849) listed in there which have not been seen since 1905 when James Arnold did the original survey.

|dmarr||RE: Gerald F Young|
On the same headstone with Gerald F Young is Daisy I Young. Her birth year is listed as 1917 and there is no death date listed, so either she is still alive or her stone was not updated after she passed.
Looking at the Oakland Cemetery Directory, there is no Daisy Young listed, so it is likely that she is still living. I will add a picture of the Youngs from the directory to Gerald's memorial in case any information on there will be helpful to you.

James Remington's name does not appear on this monument. Please click on the photo to enlarge it and reveal the caption, which is a transcription of every word on the lot. Click the enlarged photo to enlarge it further in another window.

I have been having a lot of trouble with my computer and also my connection with Find-A-Grave. I hope the mixed messages did not cause any problems. I was unable to find the markers.

|D. CHERRY||Anthony Remington|
I have been searching for Anthony Remington for several months now in Drakesburg. Our local historical society published books in the 1990's of all the cemeteries in Portage County. I have not been able to find him or two other Remington's in Drakesburg or any other cemetery book.
I did find a Josiah (?)Remington but I have to assume that since Anthony and the other two that had been requested some months ago may have illegible stones or the stones are missing because they are not even listed anywhere.
I can try again but not sure how soon I can get up there.

|Robert Post||Ella Strutton Photo Request|
I have been all over the Crocker Memorial cemetery twice now and am still unable to locate a headstone for Ella Strutton. The only Struttons I could locate already have headstone photos on this site. There are a number of grave sites without headstones so it will probably take someone from the cemetery board with a plat map to figure out where the burial site is. Sorry I couldn't fulfill the request but I am going to "unclaim" it so someone else can give it a shot.
