 | Walter Rowland I added this picture today. Saw that another party was going to take this picture for you after I posted it on Mr. Rowland's memorial. I have notified the other party so that he/she will not have to make an extra trip. Sorry, for any confusion.Added by J Hart on May 24, 2013 8:49 PM | |

 | Caroline Horton I located and took a photo of Fred Horton's headstone and Caroline also has her name on there. My only question about it is that the birth year differs by 2 years so instead of 1855 it says 1857. I added the photo through the fulfill link to Fred Horton. East Randolph Cemetery, East Randolph, NY Hope this helps :-)Added by Gina Brown on May 02, 2013 6:04 PM | |

 | Lacefield Gravesite Hello, I see where you have a picture of gravesite of F. M. Lacefield and Eliza is with him. My gr grandfather Elijah Mansford Lacefield m Eliza Ann Morelin and 2nd m to Mary Elizabeth Carleton. I am trying to document Elijah's parents. I have them in Shelby and Anderson counties KY. Lacefield/Laswell names interwoven together through the years. He is my missing piece to put the puzzle of this family together. I have a deed that has my grandfather Robert B. Lacefield as one of his heirs which is the only way I have to prove he is my gr grandfather. Hoping to hear from you about the picture. Thanks from Madeliene on findagraveAdded by Madeliene on Mar 18, 2013 3:49 PM | |

 | Hild - Montrose Cemetery Would you kindly email the cemetery at info@montrosecemetery.net to inquire about the section/plot details and whether they can confirm there is a stone. I walked most of the cemetery today and did not see a stone. If they email you a map, perhaps you can share it with me.

 | RE: Sumner-Anthony Cemetery There are no Anthony's in this cemetery. Look at the stones for Mary Armor Anthony and compare it to the photo I supplied for this cemetery, they are different sites. As I said there are no more than 12 interments here and I photographed each one, if I didn't do it they are not here. I have no personal interest in this un cared for cemetery but I am telling you that your work might be accurate. Trust me someone has confused this site with some other one. Maybe if you consulted with Mary Bowen Frost and she gave it some serious consideration you could figure this out, she has obviously been to the Anthony cemetery but it is not this one. For the sake of your work give it some consideration. JFJNAdded by JFJN on Feb 22, 2013 3:12 PM | |

 | RE: Sumner-Anthony Cemetery Cheryl I have been to this cemetery. The picture I supplied for it shows all the graves that are there, no more than 15. I always photograph all the stones in a cemetery especially if there less than 15. Do what you want, I don't really care, but all those people you placed there are not there. It is not an attractive site just a short strip of gravesites. JFJNAdded by JFJN on Feb 22, 2013 2:44 PM | |

 | RE: Sumner-Anthony/Anthony Cemetery I am afraid I acted too quickly in deleting my memorials. I haven't had much time for research or posting to Find A Grave in awhile. I checked my tree when I saw JFJN's note and the Blankenships are not part of my family and I wasn't sure where I got the info. Since I don't have time for the research right now, I opted to delete.
I do have the Johnson Co. cemetery book, so that probably is where I got the info. I had started posting from there a few months ago, but haven't had time to get back to it in awhile. I see now from other notes to JFJN that apparently two cemeteries have been combined by Find A Grave, so I probably never posted to the wrong cemetery to start with. Thanks for the offer to mail the pages, but not necessary since I have the book. If you or Wayne Beasley want to repost the memorials I deleted, that's fine, they aren't my family. Perhaps Wayne still has the photos he took at the cemetery. As I said, I acted too quickly and now wish I hadn't. I was just a bit stunned, but now see I'm not the only person who was accused of posting incorrectly and purposely duplicating. I have had a good working relationship with JFJN in the past, so hopefully he'll make amends with everyone and we can all continue to work together cordially. Thanks so much for your note.Added by Darleen Miller on Feb 22, 2013 12:04 PM | |

 | Sumner-Anthony Cemetery Findagrave merged these two cemeteries into one recently because two had been created on their website for the same cemetery, yet giving it two different names: Sumner and Anthony. You are correct in Anthony Cemetery being listed in "Searching for Our Ancestors...". Because there were two cemeteries with different names but the same description, contributors posted memorials to each of them. (This has happened quite a lot on Findagrave and many more need to be merged.) When the two cemeteries were merged, this created the duplications. To remedy this, I would think the older posts should have precedence, IF the contributor(s) of those posts have been maintaining them properly, i.e., linking family members.
You have one of yours wrong as far as the maiden name, and I know that's because you copied it from the above book that also has it wrong. I have written you before and asked you to correct material on other memorials and received no response from you; therefore, I thought you were an inactive contributor. That is why I entered a new memorial for this individual. If you'd like to correct yours and add the family links, I'll be happy to delete mine.

 | Sumner-Anthony Cemetery If you will look at the photo I submitted for this cemetery you will see the entire cemetery. It is just a strip of no more than 15 internments along a ridge on this Hwy. I am afraid all your entries are in error. I photographed the entire site and no way there are 77 internments here. In fact it is a shabby little burial site. I am sure you strive for accuracy in your work--Don't you?? JFJNAdded by JFJN on Feb 21, 2013 6:41 PM | |
