Thank You for discovering my mistake; Charles Lee Watson/Patience Marston Watson, Burial Hill, Plymouth, Mass.
I do have a copy of the vital records of Plymouth and did not find a second marriage for Elkanah. It does not mean that he didn't remarry, he possibly remarried in a different town. Take Care, Sandy

|John Sinks||Ama Woolard|
Actually, you did find and photograph Ama Woolard's tombstone. If you enlarge the picture of the stone with the 1819 birth year you can see two hard to read lines that say
I am interested in your offer to transfer L.B. and Ama's memorials to me, but don't know what all is involved in managing a memorial. I started a word search on "memorial" ad the FAQs and did not find a clear answer in a reasonable time.

|John Sinks||Woolard graves, Ebenezer Cem|
I was looking that the postings for Ebenezer Cem. in Saline Co., today. There is a significant error on two of them. One grave is L.B. Woolard, not L.R. Woolard (born 1811). ("L.B." is for "Lawson Brock," or "Lossen" as he signed his name.) The second grave with the 1819 birthdate if for Ama, wife of L.B. Woolard, not a second L.R. Woolard.
Lawson and Ama are my great great great grandparents. I can provide further documentation and a picture of the couple, if you wish and send me your email address.

Greetings, and many thanks for the photo for Johan Henry MECHLING memorial.
I have been unable to decipher the name at the bottom of the stone, hoping it's his wife called variously, Nancy, Arvilla, Della 1854-1949 (# 99150684)
I'll appreciate your comments. Thank you,

I was happy to link Ferdinand and Laurent Stein to their mother Theresia Laufer Stein for you. Ferdinand was my 2nd G-Grandfather. It's nice to know that Laurent was your 3rd G-Grandfather. If you like, I could transfer Laurent Stein to you, just let me know. It would be nice to have more information about that branch of the family. Thanks for all your hard work on Find-A-Grave too!!!

I have another question, I'm getting a little confused with some of this family history, I know that Ruth & Lucien 'Bert' were cousins, but was Lucien 'Bert' born out of wedlock to caroline and that is why he has the last name of Noller instead of Pruitt. Thanks again Cuz!

I ran across the 4 entries you have for Whitlows in Little Grove Cemetery. I've been looking for them for sometime, but in Marion County. I am related and have additional information. Is there any chance that I could take them over, if you are not related? They are as follows:
Mother Whitlow #88470744
Carol L. Whitlow #88470591
Christopher Whitlow #88471103
Ellen M. Whitlow #88470878
If you do not wish to transfer them, I will be glad to send you the information I have.
Thank You so much

The book is the Marion County Illinois Cemetery Inscriptions With Genealogical Notes Book #4. I purchased it at the Geneology Library which is located in the county library in Salem. There are several different books with different cemeteries in the county in them. My sister and I are planning a trip to Illinois next week and hope to be able to purchase others, but so far I haven't been able to reach anyone to find out when the geneology library is open.

|Larry & Susan M.||George Ross|
Thank you for prompting me to write more about George Ross on his memorial. I only met him once and that was at my grandmothers funeral. He was a very kind man who told me a wonderful story about apple picking when he was a small child and the community turned to pick the apples. He said it was my grandmothers job to keep all of the small children together and she did so by telling them stories. I also have several articles that he wrote about different branches of my family. George was my 4th cousin; we are both descended from Alexander and Catherine McClelland.

|AZLITE||RE: James E. & Nellie Irvin|
Thanks for the great picture of James and Nellie's headstone. Appreciate your time and effort in taking and posting the picture. I was not aware of a problem with posting pictures of headstones less than 10 years old, but thanks for that info. Thanks, also, for the offer to e-mail pictures of Wanda and Phillip's headstone, but that is not necessary at this time Keep up the good work and please feel free to post pictures to any of my memorials when you come across them.
