Jefferson H Cate
Thank you for posting the memorial and photo of Jefferson Cate's headstone. Can you tell me how it is oriented relative to the other Cates in Greenland? Is he near to the other children of Benjamin and Margery Cate?

RE: Thanks
Thank you for letting me know that the work we are doing to catalog these cemeteries is helping others to find their family members! We are only about 1/3 of the way through cataloging the Wilder Cemetery so there may be others there from your family as well. We hope to finish the Lancaster NH cemeteries by snowfall!

RE: Thanks
Also on that family row were Charles' parents, Orlando and Marenda, and a sister, Emma. We also posted those. There are many Kelseas there. I have a few more to post later today, including Orlando's father, William. Hope we are advancing your family tree!

May I please use one of your photos of South Cemetery, Lyndeborough, NH on my family tree pages for Robert Thayer Johnson and his wife Esther R Durham Johnson, with attribution to you and Find a Grave? Thank you very much for your consideration. Gwen

RE: Capt Samuell Ayer photo
Burial location at Pentucket. Please don't take this as Gospel, but I "think" the stone was towards the front of the cemetery on the right after you enter via the front steps. That's where most of the oldest, shorter stones are that are still legible and above ground. I walked every row and it was cold so I wasn't really keeping track of the locations...

I hope this helps!

RE: Goodell children - Old Lyme, NH
Thanks for the reply. I think the memorial is for Joel and John since the very next stone is for Asa. I will work to get these uploaded asap where you can see them.

By the way Dorothy Sears is my neighbor and a long-time Lyme historian. She has been in ill health lately so we don't see her around much.

Goodell children - Old Lyme, NH
I have a photo of an illegible memorial for two children of Jonathan and Mary Goodell. Can you help identify who they might be? One died in June. One died in ___ 30,1786, aged 6 years. That is about all I can make out. Could send you the photo.

Photo of Lyons grave
Thanks for taking the Photo of my relations grave, Charles and Constance Lyons. Sadly they only have year of birth and death as I have been unable to get the date of death of Charles Ridley Lyons. The cemetery records on line have the date wrong and seem unable to correct it. One day perhaps but very grateful for the photo and getting me one step nearer sorting out these cousins. Regards, Peter.

You're welcome. I see that I made a small error on the transcription - it should read "living" rather than "loving".
