Ken, I need your contributor ID No to transfer the record.

PS I've added Jane's Will details to the record which may be of some help to you.

RE: Terrell H Lansing Sr
Hi Ken,

I found Terrell's obit on www.fultonhistory.com. Currently, I do not know where Rachel is buried. Rachel's father is my 1st cousin 4x removed, Rachel, my 2nd cousin 3x removed. If you are familiar with Facebook there is a National Association of Van Valkenburg Family Facebook group if you're interested.

You can find it here:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/48139606894/

Interestingly enough I just found an article for Rachel's mother's 99th Birthday. You can contact me at frognmarl@yahoo.com if you'd like. I'll be happy to share with you what I have.

Did you know Robert? I think I have a painting he gave my grandmother who taught him in school. I was wondering if he had other pieces anywhere.

RE: George Griffith
Do you know Hannah's maiden name as often the stone will say that instead of Griffith? Thanks.

RE: George Griffith
We didn't see Hannah, but that day the conditions were poor for reading stones (wet, grey). We go there pretty often, and I promise we'll replace the photo with a better one soon. The adjacent readable markers were Adam and Marinda (we will replace those too when conditions allow).

Interesting. I saw the cemetery entry on the county cemetery website, but didn't bother to see if anyone had created the Find A Grave entry or had taken a photo.
The EG Reformed/Greenbush cemetery confusion happens quite a bit.

Hi Ken,
Thanks. I enjoy doing this.

You have a request for Caroline Simmons in the East Greenbush Cemetery. She and her husband, Thomas, are actually buried in the Greenbush Cemetery, which is about a mile and a half from the EGC at the Reformed Church. Unfortunately, this is a big cemetery with lousy records, so one has to just walk thru trying to find graves. I'll try when I get the chance.

Hello. yesterday I walked the East Greenbush Cemetery looking to fill photo requests. It is a well maintained cemetery and easy to walk. I did not find the stones you requested. There were some old, worn stones that were unreadable. There were a couple stones that had fallen face down. I try to be careful but could have missed a name. I wanted to let you know your requests are active and not overlooked.
