Judith McIntire
You have created a duplicate of Judith McIntire that was done in 2010-That is memorial # 46399962.
You have since transferred to another contributor, but they cannot delete it since you are the one who originally created the duplicate.I will ask the contributor of the tombstone picture on your memorial to add it to the original memorial. Thanks P

RE: Nancy Pearman Memorial
Thanks for the transfer of the Judeth Ann Pearman memorial. As I think I mentioned she is my GG Grandmother. So, guess we're distant cousins. What is your relationship with Sarah, how many greats? Thanks also for the family information on Hardin and Samuel. Do you know where Samuel is buried? Have a great day.

You are very welcome. I also posted a headstone photo today for her infant son, "Little" Day Parks, and her father, Ernest Daniel Dodd, in the same cemetery (if you are interested). Beth

Naomi J. Davis
I went to the cemetery yesterday and tried to find Naomi's headstone. Brady cemetery is actually the Davis family plot. The headstones are marble so they deteriorate over time. There is a new granite headstone for Allen Davis. The good news is there is a headstone for Naomi. I checked with the archaeologist and he gave me the information recorded from the headstone when it was legible. Unfortunately no plat map was made at the time so the exact location is unknown.

Here is the info:
Naomi J. Davis
Born: 13 May 1981
Died: 14 October 1881

If I have more time I'll try to take another look.

RE: Aliza English Tombstone Request
That particular Cemetery is exposed to the elements in tje worst way... It is in an open field on a hill... There ate alot of stones in the Cemetrry that are unreadable... Mcdowel worked on Knox in the 70s when he wrote his book... I was ststioned here in the 90s as a Soldier when I was assigned to escort Mr. Gary Kempf. He was the Post Historian at the time and he rerecored the Cemeteries... Our records come from those sources. Sorry I could not help... I am working on your other requests... Should have them by end of week.

Naomi Davis

I will go to the cemetery tomorrow but I must tell you that most of the headstones are illegible. In those days headstones were made out or cheap stone something like sandstone I think. It appears Naomi died as an infant and very few infant graves were marked but I will give it a shot.

Thanks for posting these photos. Does anyone know what the detail below the rough-hewn headstone says? I am descended from Susannah Minchew and James Towler Whitfield's son, Henry Edwin (not listed on the Find A Grave memorial page).
