I saw that but wanted to check. Civil War Confederate Soldier Private Joshua Washington "Wash" Yocum is interred there. I think he is qualified to get some sort of marker from the gov't since he is a war veteran.
Thanks for your effort.

|MageegirlFaye Pruitt||RE: Rev francis Marion Walker|
Hi, Yes they are buried in the woods in the middle of a pasture. Someone had put a grave marker for Francis and Charity there that was newer than the other grave markers because it was readable. Probably placed since 1970 or so. Francis 2nd wife is buried in the Walker family Cemetery near Hwy 13. Sorry the name won't come to me right now. The Duckworth Family own the farm now and you have to get permission to go. Hope that helps.

Dear Ms Jane Hall
Thank you so much for finding and photographing the grave markers of my great-grandparents, John and Mary Middleton. I was up in the area a few months ago and took pics of the family markers in the "other" Oakwood. Now I know why I couldn't find these two.
Thank you again,
Marcia Middleton Abercrombie

Thank you, Jane, SOOOOOOOO much for picking up my request. I have been trying to find and document this line of Crosbys for three years. It is an emotional thing for me to see the photos you took. I have been working so hard to put this family together. Thank you for giving such a gift to someone you don't even know.

|Elaine McKinley||RE: S. C. Fore|
I have never posted any graves onto this site. I have just been doing my husband's family history and found this situation. I have found 9 members of the Fore family listed as being buried in Rumbley when I know they are buried at New Hope Baptist Cemetery in Natchez, AL, near Beatrice, Al. Some of the people have pics of their tombstones and some do not. The 9 people all belong to the same family. Probably your daughter got them from someone else and just posted them to the wrong cemetery on accident. The nine people are:
Albert C. Fore
Birdie H. Fore
J. E. Fore
John N Fore
Mary F. Fore
S. C. Fore
W. N. Fore
William Irvin Fore
Mary Alice Fore Vernon.
If you want to just correct it, that would be fine. I don't know how, but if you wish to transfer to me, I am sure I could figure out how to do it.
My husband and I have visited this cemetery twice in the last several months, so I am sure they are buried in New Hope Cemetery. If you would like me to send pictures of the tombstones, my regular email is email@example.com. You are welcome to email me and I will send pics to you.
Thanks for your help, Elaine
