Am working on photos. All of A, B, C, D, E, H, I, & J have been completed. Portions of F & G as well as the new sections to the west. I believe I have entered photos for A,B,C,D,E, and either all or parts of I & J. I have almost 300 photos of H left to enter as well as adding additonal names when they are not on the register of Find A Grave. Just thot I'd let you know where I'm at. Almost 2 inches of snow in Great Bend today. Will be gone by Sunday afternoon. Supposed to be a hard winter, we'll see. Ray

It isn't news the office said she wasn't there - they are less than excited about giving correct information. That's why I looked for the child today as well, but couldn;t find her. You're welcome for all, glad to help. cb

Yes, Vida is there as shown. I added her and transferred her to the "owner" of Ed. No need for a request. cb

Thanks for the update but it looks as though you entered the death date of his wife of 1956. It should read 1969.

His death was 1969. Sorry about that.

I think we've been in touch YEARS ago about the Spreng history. I, too, am descended from Johann Jacob through Jacob, Rev. Otto, Harry and Edmund. Have wondered about you from time to time. Glad I found you at F.A.G. What a marvelous site. My brother was Jay Edmund (107771792) who passed away in 2009.

Hope you enjoyed the playoff games. I had seen that the photo got posted for Mr. Campbell. Think we were lucky to get a new person who claimed it as there are many out there for awhile back that haven't been claimed.
Good linking on research on Mr. Robbins. I hope all the siblings get linked to parents too.

Hi, I can't locate his exact burial location but on his Headstone application it said Cemetery: Family. So I assume he is buried with his mother Clara. I can't find where she is buried. He is NOT buried with his father as I have contacted that cemetery and they only had Clifton and Maude (second wife). Here is his memorial number so you can at least add it to your virtual cemetery.

Hi, I see you have requested a photo of his memorial. I was hoping to wait to do that after I found the location as that sometimes encourages the volunteers to accept since they don't have to call and get the location. I have put that information in now.
Also, I thought by including the info below, it would also encourage acceptance of the request. So if I may...if no one claims it within say a week, delete your current request and request it again with that info in the "message" before you submit it. Thanks. Andi
Requested to honor this man - Killed at Nijmegen, The Netherlands on the Waal River. He will be forever honored in Nijmegen on the new bridge called "The Crossing". A light will be lit each evening for each of the 48 men who died crossing the Waal River September 20, 1944.

Thank you for your contributions to Jean's memorial. I'm not sure what you mean by 'transfer' but I think I would like to leave things as they are. If I should want to add a bio I will let you know.

Nice Job. And cool about possibly going to the opening of the bridge. I was asked to come but just can't go dagnabit all. Would love to. If you do go, maybe you can find out where those three are buried? OR...you could add them to your virtual and at least they would be on the system. Just a thought. Let me know if you are going and if you do...tell me all the details.., :)

They are correct on the memorials. What is happening is the computers are not working together. What did the pictures show that I sent you? I took the exact pictures that were sent to you and placed them on the memorials. I will do some research and see what may be happening with the computers.

I am unable to find the listing you wanted this added to. I did go and see your memorial and would love to have it put on the one I have. If you would accept a transfer of it and add what you like to it. I am not as articulate as you and he deserves to be remembered for this also. I only took the picture and that is the reason I started his site, so of course it doesn't have much on it.

What was this? You said this was where Grady Robins died and I would like to add this information to his site. I couldn't find anything on wikipedia about it.
