Batavia Cemetery
Hi, I noticed you have Batavia Cemetery in Bowerville, Todd County, Minn. You only have two people listed. Is that all you inputted or did you get out to the cemetery. I have a lot of relatives buried there I believe that cemetery which looked abandoned. It was hard to find. I remember a few stones in the cemetery but cannot go back since I moved out east. Wondering if you once went there but only posted the two people? Jerry

Franklin Hagadone
City of Lexington had no record of Franklin Hagadone being buried at Greenwood Cemetery. He also checked Evergreen Cemetery records with no results. I did walk the baby area of Greenwood. The only result was a broken heart that so many of them did not even get headstones. The City employee who helped me suggested you contact the Dawson County Museum (308-324-5340)or city library (324-2151) for further help, as there are other cemeteries outside town the city does not have records for. Hope that helps:) Sam Randall

Zoom into the date on the headstone and the birth year says 1852 instead of 1862. Its a crazy looking 5.

thanks for you work helping us all out to find our ancestors.

Hilltop Cemetery Photos
I have uploaded a number of photographs (Paysons, Titus, Baileys, Achers) to this cemetery that you requested notification of on any changes. I used the uploader, and not the edit feature as it is much faster, but I wanted to let you know.

Murray Family in Mt. Carmel Cemetery

I was just wondering if you are related to the Murray family that is buried in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Lawler, Iowa?

My family is buried there----I was just looking at my 2nd great grandfather's post on FindAGrave that you are managing.

Thanks, Sue Oliver

Lieut Smith Crane
How are you connected to Lieut Crane? Are you a family member somewhere down the line or are you simply interested in military records or this particular cemetery?

I received an edit this morning regarding his mother. When I clicked on this memorial to check it out, I find this bio. I have searched my records, as I save all my emails and I never added this bio? Did you ask for me to transfer this to you? How did you get this done? Would you like for me to transfer this to you?

RE: Eulala Walters
You are welcome! I live 1/2 mile from the cemetery, and have many relatives buried there, so am trying to find everyone who has not been pictured.

Duplicate photos
On Joseph Regan's memorial (Find A Grave # 19319106) it appears that there are duplicates of several photos.

Can this be remedied?

I appreciate your help and am humbled by the numbers you have raked up in your volunteer work on Find-A-Grave.

Thanks, and best regards.

Sorry to hear you been ill hope your recovering nicely by now. I don't know whether your the one researching the burials for Union Cemetery, Jackson, Missouri but her husband Lewis McQuaid died 10/25/1898 right after she did, my guess he was buried in here with her also. Lewis was born 9/6/1807 in Frederick County, Virginia. If you want to put him in there or see if he is in burial records or an obit that would be wonderful he is my ggreat grandmothers brother and just found him...

much appreciate any help

take care

I went to the cemetery today to take photos of his and his wife's stone. They have stones but nothing is inscribed on them. So I'm going to add the photos anyway.

Helen Louise Summers Whitford
Helen died 12 Jun 1904 in Beloit, WI. Her husband, Carlos Whitford, died 26 Sep 1910 Cook Co, IL. Helen's brother in law, Edson Curtis, died 28 Nov 1875 Beloit, from typhoid fever. Edson's brother, Charles, also died 1875 from typhoid. From Edson's obit, it states he was a member of the Beloit Baptist Church (doesn't state which one) by I have the feeling that's where they're buried.

RE: Valentine Fatula
You're very welcome. I went to St. Stephen's to fulfill a photo request and I usually like to take it a step further by photographing all that I can find in that particular cemetery.

Plus, now that my state made our death certificates a matter of public record, I found several Fatula's that were buried there in unmarked graves that were previously unrecorded.

Always glad to be of help!
