I am writing to see if you are related to Mary Perteet Mayberry. My husband is a descendant and I can't find a death record (which I hope will show her parents.) I did look in Arkansas, Missouri and Texas.
Thanks, in advance.

|Sharon Smith||Isaiah Goza|
I was looking at findagrave for Isaiah Goza and saw where D York said this is your second grandfather. I believe Isaiah and my great grandmother Mary Goza were siblings. Reason being, Mary was born in GA 1800 and Isaiah was born in GA 1802. At some point Mary married Nicholas Hartzell and they lived in Ste. Genevieve, MO. Nicholas died in 1822 and Mary married Samuel Staples. At the estate sales, Isaiah purchased several items and so did Charles and Michael Goza. Mary and Samuel and the Goza’s moved to Jefferson County, MO. Later around 1830’s Mary and Samuel Staples moved to Washington Co., MO. and Isaiah and Mary moved to Pulaski Co., MO. I have been trying to find a connection to my Goza’s for years, hope this is your family. Thank you, Sharon (Hartzell) Smith

Jane Redding York,
I see you say you are George Washington Pinkerton's 1 cousin 2x removed. So that is 3rd cousin. How are you related to them. This is my family also. George Washington Pinkerton, was a nephew to my great grandfather. So George was my grandmothers 1st cousin. My grandmother was Ida Pinkerton House. Also George and his brother Amos married Strasner women. They were 1/2 sisters to my great grandmother Elizabeth Strasner Pinkerton. So that made George and Amos my grandmothers uncles. So they were my grandmothers uncle 1st cousin. Hope to hear from you soon. Here is my line.
Royce Pate 1959
Nora House Pate 1921
Ida Pinkerton House 1888-1986
Ben Pinkerton -1924
James and Ben Pinkerton were brothers.

You left a flower for John Wesley Gideon. You said he was 1st cousin, 1 remove. I was wondering how you were related to him. Example, from his wife's side or his side. Do you know who his parents are. Things like that. If you could please tell me, that would be great. Thank you.

I'm trying to figure out who Nancy's husband was?
I have a Seth Manes with Nancy York for a wife and then in another record it says his wife is Rebecca Evans. I think I must have different generations. I'm related to Seth Andrew Manes,
b. 3-11-1878 and d.3-14-1951 who was married to Ettie Elizabeth McIntyre Manes b. 1-6-1884 and
d.6-6-1948. They are buried in Bethlehem Cemetery, Pulaski Co., Mo.

I saw on James Leonidas Grimes memorial you said you were related. I was just wondering if you were related by the Grimes side (Father) or the Moore side (Mother)?
His mother Mary Ruby Moore was my mother's half sister.
If you have time I would really like to exchange information??
Thanks for your time,
