Obituaries you sent me
Hi Angela - I got very, very far behind in my Find A Grave tasks. I apologize for taking so long to post the obituaries you sent me for Wellman Davis and Anna Maria (Zugschwerdt) Geldmacher...but they are posted now, finally. Thank you so much for sending them. --Sheila

RE: Obits
I have been saving all your emails in your very own folder until i get the time to get back to actively working in Find A Grave, i am very busy with real life at this time, not implying that Find A Grave isn't real or important, I will be adding the information and obits to the memorials.

Thank you

Anna E. Espy Kaster
Dear Angela, I tried to email with the linked email that you provided on your page but the link did not work so I am contacting you this way.
Please remove the photo of mine that you posted to Anna E. Espy Kaster. Which you got from her husbands page Ben Kaster, buried at Main Station cemetery. This is unethical, you did not take the photo. It has my watermark on it in the right hand corner. If you wanted a photo, that's why you ask for one on the edit tab. See Find A Grave facts under working with photo's and adding photo's that you have found on Find A Grave or other websites. It is against the rules.

John Leysen
Previous post: Hi, I am trying to fulfill your photo request for St. Mary's cemetery in Muscatine, Iowa, for John Leysen. I found a John and Emma Leysen, however John's death date is 1944 instead of 1937. Please let me know if this is the person you are looking for. Thanks, Debbie

Like Debbie, I found the same headstone and I took a picture of it. Is your John Leysen the husband of Emma? If so, let me know and I will upload the photo.

- Ron

Barbara Turner
Emma Florence Linder
I found a death certificate and record for Emma Florence Linder buried in Mount Mora Cemetery. The record says she has a marker. When the weather gets nice I will take a photo and upload it to her memorial on Find-a-Grave.

William Simpson Vance
I'm confused by 2 things concerning my great grandfather and hope you can help me.
I received a copy of his death certificate from Iowa - it says he is date of birth is 10/12/1843 and it also said he was buried at Mt Hope Cemetery, Mt Hope, IL. I noticed the sign on the wall at McLean Cemetery says 1920 - is that when it opened?

Thank you
Kathy Vance Leonard

Jesse Ernest Smith
Good morning Angela, I posted a pic for a Jesse E. Smith born on 1874 died 1961, on stone with Beulah. The birth date does not match your entry, it is the only stone in Hillcrest for any Jesse Smith. I believe this is the correct stone. His obit states that he was married for a second time to Beulah Elswick which would match the stone. Please let me know if it is incorrect so that I may remove the photo if that is the case. Rhonda

You created memorial #67115438 some time ago and later transferred it to me. It has just been brought to my attention that it is a duplicate, and was created after an earlier one. I think the earlier one probably looked different at one time so we didn't realize it was a duplicate, but it clearly is the same now. I'm going to transfer it back to you, in hopes you will delete it. (The program will not let me delete it since I didn't create it.)
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Barbara Dunn Photo
I posted a photo for your request at Oakland Cemetery, Keokuk, IA. Barbara's plot location is Block GG Lot 34. There are 4 burials listed for that location in the cemetery transcription from the 70's. Timothy Crimmins Find A Grave Memorial# 99101781, Ellen Crimmins Find A Grave Memorial# 99101844, Franny Leindecker Find A Grave Memorial# 99102298 and Barbara. I posted the stone that was unreadable to her memorial. I don't believe there is a stone for her husband George. He doesn't appear in the '70s transcription.

I took a pic of George's head stone it was in a family plot marked Armstrong and I was just wanting to make sure that I had the right George Wheelock for you. If it is let me know and I will get it posted for you.
If the Armstrongs are part of your family let me know or place a request and I will get the pics of them for you if you need them.

Hey the date of death listed on Find A Grave is different than the date of death shown on the monument. I verifed the location to be Block 2, Lot 45. I added photo. Randy Keen, Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Aaron Van Buskirk

I think I added the incorrect Aaron Van Buskirk photos to the memorial. I will look for the other Aaron's stone in the file a little later.

Crabtree photo in Marshalltown IA
I went to Marshalltown today and found Amanda Crabtree's grave and will be downloading that picture. Her grave said "Mother" Amanda Crabtree and right next to her was a matching stone that said "Father" James Crabtree and two stones (also matching) that were for:

James R 1868 - 1871
Etta May 1874 - 1880

If you want to add these three individuals and let me know, I can attach their photos also.
