RE: Wolverton
Forgot, if you want to rearrange the photos so the death certificate is after your other photos, please do. It's not really a pretty picture. Or if you want me to delete the DC entirely, just let me know! No feelings hurt.

RE: Wolverton
I have the same problem with the gravestone for my husband's grandfather. (73279639) Because Find a Grave rules are to match the date on the memorial with the date on the stone, I put a note in the bio stating the correct years. Just in case....

RE: Uriah Cross
Ok, I'll just stick with the obit I have.
Any idea as to his place of birth since I can't find a listing for Dundas?

Uriah Cross
I have a obit typed out by a librarian and do not know it it is the same as the one you have for Uriah.
I tried to edit his place of birth but there is no Dundas Co. listed as an option.

Hi,
Susan is my 4th great grandmother. Do you remember how you got her record? Was there a stone or did you use cemetery records? Sandi

Such great work you're doing! When you have time, please check something if you don't mind. This memorial states that the death certificate indicates place of birth as Pocahontas Arizona. I believe it was Pocahontas Arkansas-- a small town near where I grew up. Ola married a Pelts first, and then married Harley C Pearson when she was about 40. They married in Arkansas, not too far from Pocahontas. Thanks so much! Tom in Memphis.

Coquigne's too
Hi again, I wonder if you would also transfer Sepha Coquigne Tupper to me? Anybody that you have with the surname Coquigne - basically anywhere in MI - belongs to my family! Thanks again. Mary Ann

Gillespie's in Bristol Cemetery
The message you sent today says Torrey's? I hope you don't have me mixed up with somebody else. From what I can tell there are 14 Findagrave memorials for the surname GILLESPIE in Bristol Cemetery in Flint, MI and all of them are my relations. I very much appreciate you transferring them to me so I can correct a few things and start adding more about their lives. Thank you. Mary Ann

Gillespie's in Bristol Cemetery
I wrote to you about a month ago asking if you would transfer ownership of the memorial for Howard Gillespie to me. Howard was my grandfather, and I would like to correct the incorrect birth date that is listed as well as add more info and pictures about his family. I would also like to request Eliza J. Gillespie, my grandmother, and probably any other Gillespie in Bristol Cemetery you manage is related to my family. I sure would appreciate you transferring my Gillespie family to me so we can upgrade their memorials. Many thanks!

Duplicates
Eleanor, In looking for my 'v' relatives I have noted many duplications from your entries January 2014. I have sent edit messages suggesting deleting but several have additional information that would be very helpful on the prior entry if you have time and inclination.

The Van Von Vonder Vander names are always difficult so when I am looking for my Dutch relatives, I look at ALLLL V's. No offense meant and it might be good to review your other entries from January. If you are using the spreadsheet I am amazed that the computer didn't catch some of these.
Again, no offense intended. I just saw it and thought you would want to know. Thanks much for all the work you do on Evergreen. I am usually at the other end of the alphabet looking in the A's!

Regards, Elaine

RE: Martha Hutchinson
Unfortunately, I have no idea which Martha Hutchinson you are speaking about. The grave ID does not show up in your message.

If it is Martha May Smith Hutchinson buried in Ellington Cemetery, she is my great great aunt married to my gggrandfather's brother Robert. My great grandmother was Elizabeth Anne Hutchinson, daughter of William James Hutchinson.

RE: Martha Hutchinson
I agree Eleanor, if she is your relative you should have the memorial,
I am going to have to go over the Find A Grave rules,
I am writing a book for the libraries "maybe I told you" and I want it to be correct, I started 13yrs ago with the sexton's records and have looked up references so my information would be correct, but some people don't seem to care, I have found so many errors, it is disgusting, some have been very gracious in transfering memorials to me, I have a lot of family in Ellington, I may call on you on the Hutchinson. I guess I would copy info from other memorial or request on her memorial for her to transfer it to you and see if she answers, explain she is a relative. hope this helps
