made the transfer. If I have any others in Hill County that are related to you (doesn't have to be direct line), let me know and I will be happy to transfer them to you. Although I grew up in Blum, I have no family buried there or elsewhere in Hill County.

Thanks for the information. Borrowed the picture from Lendon's widow, Rosalee, in 1990 on a visit to Hillsboro. I'll delete the picture and add the correct one. Will be glad to email you a copy if you will send me your address.

I don't live in the area, but my wife has cousins there, and one of them took us to the cemetery. At the time we were there, you could simply open the gate and drive up to the cemetery (it was all pasture in the area). The cemetery seemed to be well-taken care of and visited regularly, so I think it would be okay for you to visit the cemetery if you make it back to the area.

|Sherry||Photo request in Bethel Cemetery|
I was copied on your request for a photo of Ruth Odle in Bethel Cemetery. I live very near that cemetery and have taken photos of every headstone there. It likely is either gone or is so unreadable that there was no way to know whose name was one it. I'm leaving your request "up" online. Maybe someone else can find it. If you look at the other requests for photos in that cemetery, all are reported as not being there. Hopefully someone may find it!

I am so glad you were able to figure out how ot use Family Search. It's a little tricky at first trying to explain it to someone, but once you catch on... it's wonderful.. Glad it is helping you out!

Hi, here is one place you can access death certificates. It's called Family Search. I use this link: http://search.labs.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#c=1320964;p=2;t=searchable
(just copy and paste it in your browser). Fill in what you know about a particular person or just search by last name. Put in the County or at least the state if you know it. You don't have to fill in years.... Try it and see what you think. If you have more questions, just email me at email@example.com.
I also get death certificates from www.ancestry.com.
