The Colfax chronicle., March 26, 1921. Sorry - I only put it in the comments on the second section. I don't have further info on him. I was reading old Colfax chronicles when I found this article.

I too am trying to do some research. I was at the old Feazel cemetary this weekend. Its sad the shape it was in. I did happen to find your gret grand parent's grave stone. I had to move some bush out of the way but I managed to get a pic of it. Mitchell Feazel... I tried to upload it here but it was not allowed for some reason. Please find me on facebook look for George Feazel. Johannes Feazel is the line I am from and his son Phillip.

Have made several trips to the cemetery, noticed the dates on the picture your requested. On memorial #8548236, Kiah Blankenship has similar dates, on Ancestory, his name is Hezakiah or Hizekian, married to Ola Barlow, listed in 1930 and 1940 Louisiana Census. Thought this might help.

I am the unofficial guru of the Milford Cemetery. I have been working on it since 2008. I found a death certificate for Rachal with no burial information given. Also on the 1900 census she is not shown with her parents. She was about 12 years old at the time of that census. I gave her location 4B-9 next to her parents but I am not sure exactly where she is buried. She has no headstone. Thanks, Angie Knott.

Hello, Just a quick question. I was wondering if you are related to the George Washington Brasier & Mary H McGinnis Brasier family. They are my 2x great grandparents and I found their graves and noticed you are maintaining them at Memorial Lawn on findagrave. Thanks.

|Dennis Keeton ||Elender Harris|
I just noticed your three year old photo request for Elender. Part of the reason no one fulfulled your request is that no one know where Blanchard Springs Ceme. is except those who live near it. I found such a person today and he showed me how to get there. When I got there, I could not find Elender's grave but that does not mean it is not there. The cemetery is located in the woods, and is need of a clean up badly.

Thank you for the information about Mr. Kennard. However, you gave the wrong # for his site in Wyoming. it is 72809294 rather than 72809194 that you sent. I made the correction on his Stafford Point site. Thanks again, Tommye

Thank you for your posting the photos of the gravestones out at McDonald Cemetery. I hope you will consider posting any wide shots of the cemetery you may have - having never been, I wonder what the lay of the land looks like.
I'm figuring we are cousins given I am a Squyres descended through Sarah Ann Squyres (1809-1889), who married William Allen O'Neal in Catahoula Parish, probably not too far from McDonald Cemetery. Is it not Old McDonald Cemetery? I show that the program for William P. Squyres' 1987 graveside ceremony was at "Old McDonald Cemetery".
I'm embarrassed to have to admit this but I do not know why I requested that photo. I bet it's important though :) Perhaps I thought it was the grave for the Elizabeth who married William P. Squyres? I don't see any other Elizabeths whom I might have asked for but I sense that some fact is eluding me...(I'm not in the habit of keeping up with in-laws' subsequent marriages, which may explain why I currently can't backtrack the reason for my request).

|LeAnn Rease Bowers||Mary Squyres Waldron|
Do you know whether Mary Squyres lived for a time with Lewis (LL) Squyres around 1850? I have a Mary in LL's household in the 1850 census, with his children, and thought Mary was his wife. I've just found out here on Find A Grave that his childrens' mother was Oratio, and while I was trying to find documents supporting that, I noticed that this Mary would be the right age to be the Mary on the census. She's his neice, and since the 1850 census doesn't list relationship to head of household, I had to take the long way around to figuring this out. Anyway, if you have any info on this, or documents supporting Oratio as LL's wife, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!
