In looking at the addition of Caroline Luithart's maiden name, I am curious now, if this family is related to the Gruen's buried in this cemetery? I see that her birth certificate lists her father as Anton Gruen. While I haven't found him there are several Gruens buried there. I added photos to their Memorials. Actually, I took the photos and then looked up the info and added the Memorials. The family is listed as Grun in the cemetery records but is Gruen on the stones, as you can see. If you want any additional information on these stones I can go there again and photo them for you. It could be that Anton is listed and I didn't see his name tho he is not in the database. But not everone buried in this cememterty is in the database I have found from taking photos there. Let me know if I can help.

Hello, so glad to transfer all of them to you! I live close to this cemetery. It is very lovely. The family plot is at the top of a hill. Hope you enjoy having that as well. Feel free to copy it. I don't have it any longer.

I was looking in the wrong section (69)! I found his grave (in Section 68) and have posted a photo.
There was an Arthur Bridewell buried close by. Is this of any interest to you?

To request a transfer just use the edit tab.
I was not trying to be difficult, I work many cemeteries and was not sure which one he was in. Since that brings the record with it, the person knows they are transfering the correct one.

"NOTE: Please e-mail or call (972-238-7111) Restland for plot information BEFORE submitting a photo request." Restland Memorial Park is an extremely large cemetery (over 400 acres)and without the plot location it is impossible to find. I tried to get the information but they will only research the location for a family member. Sorry but anyone trying to help you get a photo of your loved one headstone, needs your help first. Without your help, don't expect a photo, it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.
You can e-mail - http://www.restlandfuneralhome.com/home/contact_us.html
or call - (972-238-7111) Hours are from 9am-6pm CST Monday-Sunday.
Thank you and have a great day.

I have no problem with you using the photo. It was taken by her brother, Frank. He died a couple of years ago. I do not know where Joe is buried. I have not located their son, Bryan, to find out. As soon as I can I will let you know.

My notes state that someone contacted me stating he was not buried at Long Creek and they had the obit to prove he was buried at Hillcrest Cemetery. I requested that they send me a copy but I never heard from them again ( that was in 2005). Other family members have told me that he was buried at Long Creek Cemetery. I have not found the obit to confirm where he was buried yet, sorry.

I did a fairly good walk thru of Squiresville and
was unable to locate a tombstone. Saw on the death certificate mother of Anna Lee Miller. My aunt was Bertie Miller, daughter Anna Lee. Was
wondering if same person?

|Rick Manning||RE: Ammon Connor|
I am a descendant of Ammon & Ellender Beach Conner. I know of Ammon's three marriages and of most of his children, but I don't know when he died, where he died, and where he is buried? I believe that a Civil War Draft Registration Record exists for Ammon, but I don't know if he was called-up to serve. I know very little about the man. I know he had many children from his three wives. Our verbal family history indicates that he lived and died in Kentucky. His youngest son from his marriage to Ellender was William Henry Conner (my great-grandfather). We would like to know more about Ammon
for our records. Thanks, Rick Manning

My cousin and I sat down one night to go through my Grandmother's box of photos and wow what a treasure. My Grandmother's (Opal Beach Collins)Father James E Beach and Rosella Beach were Brother and Sister. I have scanned and will post these as soon as I figure it all out...lol I know that Kenneth Opal Beach (Rosella's Brother) also married a "Rosella", but she was not a beach so I think I am clear on the fact that this was his Sister.
