Almira Workman Lalicker
Just wanted you to know that I linked Almira to her husband who is buried in KS with his 2nd wife who was my cousin.

I also linked Almira and Elmer to their daughter, May E. Lalicker Donley who is buried in Woodward, OK.

I also submitted a correction on the year of Almira's death as 1893, and not 1898.

I am trying to make a connection with my Smith Family. I noticed you maintain several Smiths in the Cashion Cemetery, Cashion, Kingfisher, OK.

I am trying to figure out if Benjamin Smith Memorial# 111982079 parents where Benjamin F. and Nancy Jane Soloman Smith originally from Clark Co., IL.
If you have any info on these Smiths I would really appreciate anything. You can email me at
Thank you, Genia

RE: Leroy and Marie Sturgeon
Karl, In reference to headstones or markers, we are both right. However, I did confirm with Memorial Park Cemetery that Leroy and Marie are buried there. The headstone shown on your memorial is apparently "in memory of" them. I'm not sure these would be classify as duplicates. What are your thoughts?

Rebecca Beebe - 11304921
Hello Karl and Sherry -- I was wondering if you would be willing to transfer one memorial to me. It's for Rebecca Beebe in Phelps Cemetery in Winneshiek County, Iowa - 11304921 . Rebecca is a family member of mine who I have been looking for for years and years!! Death records in Winneshiek County were sparse for years in the 1850's and 1860's, I understand, so by a stroke of luck (and a lot of backing research) I was just able to find out she was my Rebecca (Rallya) Beebe! It would really mean a lot to me to own her memorial. Would you be willing to transfer it to me? I am continuously working on this family so I would like to add more info to her bio portion as well. My number is 47061806 and my nickname is Calcat. If I have any of yours that you would like, please let me know as well! Thank you : )

RE: Mary Chase
Thank you for your quick and kind response. I guess I'll just have to think "what if" unless I find a descendant of Mary's who knows. But it is probably my relative, and I'm happy to see the memorial on findagrave. Your work here is

Memorial of Mary Billette Chase
I'm trying to locate the grave of my cousin Mary Gillett Chase. She died not long before 1900. Her husband Salmon Portland Chase lived in Sumner, Woods Co. OK. You are managing the memorial for this gravesite which is described as "unmarked". Can you tell me what records are available that told you know Mary is buried in this cemetery if there is no gravemarker?
Are you related to this Mary Billette Chase? I am looking for some lead in order to research this burial further to find out if it is my relative. Thank you for your attention to my request and for your volunteer work with findagrave.

RE: James Tucker
It doesn't really matter to me one way or the other. Honestly, I've been spending all my time trying to link up the families I have in the cemeteries in the Southern part of the county and I've still got a long, long way to go with it. If I did have James or if I kept Dovey's they'd likely sit for a long time without me doing anything with them or trying to find their family out. If there's a chance you might do some digging into their history or link them up with other family they're better off with you. I hate to have them and just not do anything with them but that's probably what would happen :(

James W. Tucker Davis Cemetery
Hi, I believe James' memorial is in the wrong Davis Cemetery in McCreary County. I've moved Dovie's to the Davis here on F.A.G. that shows as being in Marshes Siding as her obit says she was interred in the Davis Cemetery in Stearns and I was not able to figure out how to create a new cemetery for a memorial already existing. The internments in this particular Davis are located in Strunk, KY. It's a very small cemetery and there does not appear to be any Tucker's in the entire cemetery unless the stones are unmarked or unreadable. I've been through it many times and it's a good distance from Stearns. There should be three in the county (at least), the last being in Yamacraw which is almost in Wayne County. Yamacraw would not likely have been mistaken for Stearns so I believe they're actually in this other Davis that shows as being in Marshes Siding unless there's a new Davis Cemetery (I couldn't find any info. Indicating this and I could not find any info. indicating there is one in Marshes Siding either). I believe the Davis in Marshes Siding is mislabeled.

Also, since you have James I will transfer you Dovey's, too, if you want it. I spend most of my time in the Pine Knot and Strunk ones and don't know or do as much with the ones further North in McCreary.

RE: Coates
Thank you SO much! You are very much appreciated!

Yes, my husband and I have family scattered all over Forest Park, and they are hard to find because it is so HUGE. (You must have lived off 45?) Let me know if you need any pics there. It might take me awhile but I will get them for you.

Thanks again!:)
