RE: May Elsa (Howard) Graeber
You're most welcome! I "lurk" online most all day, and between housework, gardening, and genealogy, try to keep up on the requests. Best regards, A in CA.

Yes, the ceremony will be held this summer, 2015 as the weather will be more accommodating, I believe. Are you related? If so, do you want a transfer? Jan

RE: Rebecca (Smith) Hardin
Thank you for your kind ds. I always try to do an edit within 24 hours and in this case I found their marriage right off the bat which gave proof Smith was her maiden name. Is she or any of the other Hardin's related to you or if you have an interest in any I own I would be happy to transfer. Eileen

The other three headstones have sunk underground. The cemetery is going to dig them up and reset them. I hope they will reset Nancy and Stella's stone also.

Betty M. Johnston
Daughter of Charles Clifford Johnson and Vinnie Margaret C. Potter. Betty is buried next to half-sibling, Pearl Thurmond, also a daughter of Vinnie Potter and Neal Thurmond.

Vinnie is also buried at Westview Cemetery, Find A Grave Memorial# 80217792, to the right of the entrance road.

Sibling of Betty was Bobby Joe Johnston, 1935-1999, reportedly buried in Denison, Texas.

You are very welcome. I love the findagrave sight and spend a lot of time updating and correcting memorials. It is a wonderful way to honor our deceased relatives and further our genealogy. Want them to be as accurate as possible. Have you written the fellow who added the tombstone. Is it close to his brothers? Mary

Lou Ella Sweet Hathcoat

Your memorial #81018450 created on 11/26/2011 is a "duplicate" to memorial #24815474 created on 2/22/2008.

The person (a granddaughter) who created the original memorial has made a "mess" of her name - having her listed as "Lou Ella -Sweet Gish, Hathcoat" was by pure accident that I came upon her (because I did not know she ended up becoming a Hathcoat). And when searching for other Hathcoat's I came across your memorial.

I don't know what you want to do with this information, just wanted to bring it to your attention.

Thanks for all your work on Find A Grave!!

RE: Britania (Malone) Halstead - The Malone Cemetery
It was SUCH a surprise to walk into that very tiny cemetery! And to find a Halstead there as well was a treat! I have known Barb Halstead for a few years now and was quite excited to see if this was an ancestor of hers. Was that connection made?

RE: Lewis Grandstaff 1809-1890
Thanks so much, Leona! I'm sure I made a typo as I do have his data as May 14 in my genealogy files. :) I will correct that and the cemetery as well. I did put a note on his burial that I believed him to be buried at Irville-Nashport since his son James is buried there and based on the obit. :) I am descended through Lewis' daughter Hester who married William Grandstaff (a cousin), son of Moses and Amanda Bowers Grandstaff.
