I'm wondering if you are related to David Bean, and if so, how. If he is the husband of Evelyn A. Brown. Just beginning my mother's, mother's side of the family genealogy.

RE: John Nealley
Thank you for checking! (I wonder if the other sides of the stone may refer to their children, who may have died young, and whose stones have not been found. Thank you again for fulfilling this long ago photo request. Best, Melmail88 at yahoo

John Nealley
Dear Jan,
Thank you for the photos of John and Dorothy "Dolley" Nealley. I am so glad you found them! The stone appears a bit hard to read. Please let me know if you can decipher the writing any better than I can. (Was John's death date "May" or "Mar" do you think? Any other tips about what is written on the stone? Thank you! Best wishes, Mel

Daniel Fike
I see that you have Daniel and Della Fike's headstones and a picture of Eugene and Sophie Smith's stone from Delaware Cemetery, are you related to them ?
I recently discovered that the Fikes are buried there. The Fikes would be my Great great grand parents. One of their other daughters(my great grandparents) are also buried their and also their daughter ( my grandparents) are there.

RE: Links
Not sure to which memorial this pertains. Generally, I'd say I am probably related in some way, but don't know without the memorial number or name.

Jan. Thank you for the transfer of George Myers. It means a lot, and to have the whole family is very cool and easier to put in updates.

Ludwig
Hi Jan, thanks for updating Ludwig. He is not a direct ancestor or really related to me. His descendent, Ella Zuschlag, married Harry Paul Speir. The Speirs are one of my lines. I got involved with the Zuschlags in order to figure out which of the two women Ludwig married (Mary Harrison or Louisa Beckstein) was Ella's mother. It turned out to be Mary. There is no need for a transfer of Ludwig, but thanks so much for your kind and generous offer.
Best regards,
Barbara

Myron Adams' gravestone date of death
His death certificate shows his death as 13 Apr 1940, with information provided by his wife. With PA death certificates now available for 1906-1944 I will use those dates provided by the certificates. Have found over the years many stones with incorrect dates, but thanks for pointing out the difference.

RE: Sara George
She married John George...they are my 5th great grandparents on my mom's mother's side. She died in Greenville in 1843 according to Ada George's book from 1907. I have a copy of the book. Her eldest child was Reuben b.1815 (my 4th)and her and John had their youngest children around 1833. Both died in infancy. The youngest one that made it to adulthood was David ...born in 1830. It was during that decade they trekked from Allentown to Greenville. John re-married and his 2nd wife is buried here in Hancock Co. Ohio. He survived her, and moved to Ionia Co. Michigan to live with his younger brother Joseph. I believe my info is correct. I've been researching this family since 2001. Thank you for making the corrections.
