I had not been to White Cemetery before so it was something I wanted to see anyway. I have pictures of all the headstones there now. Many are missing or were never there.

What a surprise to see a sister DAR took the photos for another sister DAR member (a prospective member). And it is going through yet again another sister DAR member (your chapter Registrar). Thanks so much. Look forward to seeing you at our next DAR chapter meeting.

|Pat from Sacramento||RE: Moat's|
I'm happy to have found most of the Moats, I'm sorry there was one listed that I couldn't find. They've had a lot of rain since Memorial day so the grass was very high and thick. If Martin has a low stone not right there with all the others I just didn't find him. Mary Moat was a new listing, would you like me to transfer her memorial to you?

I looked in the Huron County book, did you get a picture of the stone? I read in the book most of the H/S's were removed when the new St Joe's was started?

|Jim Tipton||RE: Photo|
I feel horrible about this but, while working on the site earlier today, I introduced a bug that accidentally attributed all new photo requests to me! I have since gone back and corrected the issue and adjusted the credit for the photo request, but I am not able to re-generate the email that you received. To thank the correct photographer, please click on their name under the photo and leave them a message or send them an email. Thanks and sorry for the mistake!

|sec412 ||RE: Finch|
Other then what is on his memorial I know next to nothing about Thomas! Well, I do know his parents but no wife nor children's names.
I've just started to really work on the Finch line. My ex-husband's grandmother was Emma Finch who married Park Hickle. They are buried in Union Cemetery. I met both Park & Emma a couple of times. But that was before I ever thought about getting into genealogy!

Oh- you are welcome. All these stones were side by side. I will be glad to turn them over to you if you would like. I did see the daughter's name as Eva B on the 1910 census. She was older than the boys.
