Thank you for the offer of the copy of his obituary. I know that a lot of people are posting obituaries as photos on memorials but this is a quote from the Find A Grave guidelines (found on the left under Help with Find A Grave).
"Please do NOT add photographs from obituary notices (unless you, personally took the photo), as they are protected by copyright law. Find A Grave reserves the right to remove obituary notices and photographs from memorial records. Similarly, you may NOT scan an obituary and add it as a photograph to a memorial record."
I know you meant well and I do appreciate that but I would rather follow the rules and so I will have to pass on your kind offer.

I found the cemetery due to the owner of the land's brother, who lived next door. What is left of the cemetery is at the top of a hill in a cow pasture. A large tree is in the middle, where the cows hang out in the shade. The majority of the stones are demolished. I could have cried. At one time, there was a fence which is no longer up. There were only 5 stones that were readable and in one piece. I had to brush cow manure off with my hand and a stick on the one stone that was flat on the ground. So sorry, but Sarah wasn't one of them.

|William (Mister Bill) Todd||Charles & Jacob Krepps.|
I was out to the cemetery yesterday on another photo request.
The cemetery was able to confirm Charles and Jacob are laid to rest there but they have no idea where. Aparently, the cemetery and the office containing all the records were destroyed in a large fire. Most of the Graves were marked with wooden crosses with the names of the deceased. I asked the manager could make a guess and she said to this day, they have to be careful when the excavate the graves
Let me know if you want me to photograph
the cemetery for you.

|Shirley Vittitoe||RE: John Minor|
I visited Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati today and found the John Minor you requested. The actual grave you listed is for a child and I have posted the photo to his Find A Grave page; however you may have been looking for his parents, John D and Mary McLean Minor. Those pictures were also added and I am currently in the process of adding a few other Minor family members.

I wanted to let you know that he has no marker. He buried next to Sarah E Ramey Page, her marker is in the middle of the photograph I took. If he had a marker it would be to the right of her marker. She is buried in section 11, he is buried in section 10.

|Chad Williams||Re: William Shaw Williams|
Hi Jerry -
I'm Chad Williams and I'm a direct descendent to Silas Mercer Williams' son, William Shaw Williams. You have him listed as being buried in the Williams Cemetery and I've never been able to locate a marker. His wife, Mary Ann "Matthews" Williams was listed as Inscription: her grave is unmarked. Did I miss it?? I've been told there was another cemetery in the brush with a lot of unmarked graves that could be his resting place. Any ideas??? Appreciate your help!!!

Hi! Went out to Edgewood Cemetery and didn't see a headstone but plan to go to the town of Lowell who now oversees the cemetery. If you have this picture already, just let me know. Thanks!

|Cindy Rodgers||Clifford DeKay|
I'm just beginning DeKay research for my cousin. His grandmother was Josephine DeKay Bailey, daughter of Clifford and his first? wife, Beatrice. Josephine's daughter mentioned there is a published genealogy of the DeKay family. Do you know anything about that?

|C. Bryan||RE: john Diener Silverthorne|
You're very welcome. Now - - - His memorial is a duplicate of an earlier posting, shy by one month. The lady who posted earlier used 'MD' in his last name, thereby creating an unsearchable name. When SCGM posted their spreadsheet of entries, the name did not pop up as a dup. I'm leaving it as is - and transferred it to you with some data on his life.

You're welcome. There were 7 other Mapels nearby that I also photographed. (Apologies: I usually trim the grass a bit better, but I was running up against the closing time clock -- didn't expect there to be so many relatives and so much overgrowth.)

This little guy is not buried at Floydsburg, he is buried at Mt. Tabor Methodist Church. Can you cancel your request and reassign him to the correct cemetery? I have the photo for you but want the posted to be correct. Thanks!

|VickiO||Thomas DeKay #66529326|
I see that you have put in a request for a photo of Thomas DeKay's headstone. I just wanted you to know that I found a headstone for Thomas' wife, Mary DeKay, in a tiny cemetery in Warwick about a mile down the road from Warwick Cemetery on the grounds of the Sandfordville Elementary School. I believe this cemetery is one of the DeKay Family Cemeteries on FindAGrave, but I haven't been able to determine which one yet.
Other readable headstones are for:
George W Wood
Charity Wood wife of Jessie
Julia Kimball wife of Richard
The cemetery is in really bad shape but it looks as if someone cut down some trees growing in it within the past year or so. Only about 5 headstones are still standing.
I also don't know if the actual graves were moved to Warwick Cemetery or not. I will try to find out in the near future. I don't live too far from Warwick and may be able to get some information from the local library.

|Joe Neagle||Jones Family|
I just posted photos for the Jones family in Hanover County, VA. I didn't see a request for Martha Ann Watt Jones, So I couldn't post it to that one. This is the only marker I saw in the entire cemetery. I also have shots of the rest of the cemtery, but the brick wall is literally falling apart, and is overgrown. These photos were were taken last year.
